habe vom 01.April– 29. Juni 2025 noch ein schönes Zimmer in einer 5er WG frei.
Für diesen Zeitraum suchen wir ausschließlich Schüler der DHBW.
Das Zimmer ist im Dachgeschoss und hat 35qm ist hell und warm.
Es verfügt über ein größeres Bett 120x200 mit neuer Matratze samt Schoner,
Ein super schnelles Internet sowie ein kleines TV-Sat Gerät sind auch vorhanden.
Wohnküche mit guter Grundausstattung und viel Platz ist auch vorhanden.
Die 5er WG verfügt über 2 komplette Bäder.
Kein Engpass am Morgen :))
Stellplätze für Autos auf dem Hof und für Räder gibt es den abgeschlossenen Hinterhof.
Waschmaschine und Trockner stehen im Keller und können für kleines Geld mitbenutzt werden.

Zur DHBW am Bahnhof geht es in 8 - 10 Minuten zu Fuß.
DHBW in der Schramberger Str. sind in 18 - 20 Minuten erreicht.
Penny - REWE - Netto Markt sowie 2 Fitness Studios sind auch in der Nähe ca. 6 Minuten
Mit dem Rad geht es natürlich noch viel schneller.
Beim Auszug werden 50 Euro Endreinigung fällig die mit der Kaution verrechnet werden.
