Das Zimmer ist möbelisiert und in einem ausgebauten Dachboden. Der Dachboden wurde Anfang der 2000er ausgebaut. 3 Fenster zum durchlüften. Eigenen Sateluten Anschluss zum Fernseh schauen und WLAN Verbindung fürs Internet. Eigene Möbel kann man natürlich auch benutzen. Beim Umzug wird auch gerne geholfen.

Die Lage ist zentral in Villmar. 5 Minuten bis zur Bushaltestelle und 15 Minuten bis zum Bahnhof ca. Park Möglichkeiten sind genau vor dem Haus, dort ist ein großer kostenloser freier Parkplatz. Eine Garage für Fahrräder oder Motorrad ist vorhanden. Einkauf Möglichkeiten gibt es im Ort (REWE, NETTO). Eine Sparkasse ist fast ums Eck genauso wie eine Packstation für Pakete und Briefe.

Das wäre meine erste WG und da ich genug Platz im Haus habe und es teilweise ziemlich ruhig hier ist dachte ich mir versuchst du mal dein Glück mit fast 30 eine WG zu gründen. Gesucht wirde jede Person mit der ich klar komme.
