I will be leaving my room in a super nice shared flat.
It's in a nice location with shops and commute close by.

The room is in a 3-person shared flat. Both the room and the rest of the flat have furniture.

The bed is 140x200cm with a fancy adjustable, lifting grill. Every piece of furniture from the pictures will stay.
The lamp and bedsheets will be gone.

Völs, right next to Innsbruck.
The Völs bahnhof is a 6min walk and the train takes you to Innsbruck Hbf. in 7 mins. It's better than some outskirts of Innsbruck.
Another option is the bus. The stop is 4 mins away.
Spar is 4 minutes away open to 19:30 and DEZ shopping centre 15 min walk.
Every Sunday, a very large flea market takes place at DEZ parking plot, which is an amazing place to get any kitchenware or decorations for the new room :-).

It's a decent starting point for some walks, but for a proper hike it's better to take a bus.

You'll be sharing the flat with two super nice Moroccan girls, both studying in Innsbruck.

You can share some time in the morning or when grabbing a coffee (of which there's plenty), but generally, each of us was to be his own.

There is a shared washmachine along with a dry rack, a fridge, a dishwasher, a small storage room for vegetables, bottles etc. and at the back "garden" is a shelter for bikes.
