searching for an apartment

I'm a student planning to relocate to Warstein for work-related purposes. I am a very friendly and easily relatable person with a great sense of humor. I love making new friends and creating a warm, welcoming environment wherever I go.

My positive attitude, responsibility, and respect for others' space and privacy make me an ideal flatmate. I believe in maintaining a clean and organized living space and enjoy contributing to a harmonious household.

I am looking for a furnished apartment in a good and friendly neighborhood. It’s important for me to have flatmates who are sociable and considerate. Proximity to a grocery shop and the train/bus station is a must, as it would make my daily commute and errands much easier. I plan to stay for about nine months.
