Die Wohnung liegt in der Tillystr. 6 - 2. Stock und ist per Treppenhaus zu erreichen. Sie hat ca. 80qm und besteht aus 4 Zimmern, Wohnküche mit Einbauküche, Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne und zwei Balkonen. Die EBK ist inkl. Kühlschrank, Ofen und kleiner Spülmaschine. In der Wohnung sind laut Hausverwaltung Telefon- und Kabelanschluss (auch für Fernsehen) für Internet vorhanden. Zur Wohnung gehört zusätzlich ein geräumiges Kellerabteil.
Direkt vor dem Haus kann ein PKW Stellplatz genutzt werden.
In Laufnähe vom Haus befinden sich mehrere Bushaltestellen und man erreicht schnell die FH, ZOB oder Hauptbahnhof. Auch mit dem Fahrrad ist man im Handumdrehen an der Hochschule (ca. 10 Min.).
The apartment is located at Tillystrasse 6 - 2nd floor and can be reached via a staircase. It has about 80m2 and consists of 4 rooms, kitchen, bathroom with shower and bathtub and two balconies. The kitchen is incl. refrigerator, oven and small dishwasher. According to the property management, there is a telephone and cable connection (also for television) for Internet in the apartment. The apartment also has a spacious cellar compartment.
Directly in front of the house a car parking space can be used.
There are several bus stops within walking distance of the house and you can quickly reach the FH, ZOB or main train station. You can also reach the university by bike in no time at all (approx. 10 minutes).
