* Shared kitchen and bathroom with other tenants in the apartment, who are also students at OTH Weiden

LOCATION AND AMENITIES

*The address is located near the Weiden city center, a 7-minute walk to Bahnhof, there is Rewe and a lot of Arab stores for groceries just down the street.
* OTH Weiden is a 10-12 minute by bus and 7-8 mins by bike.
* The bus stop is within a 1-2 minute walk.

This house is a student residence. It has a peaceful living environment with all the residents minding their own business. There are multiple supermarket offering halal products, which is a plus point. All the residents of the house are students of OTH and everyone is very friendly and cooperative.
