Das Zimmer befindet sich im 1. OG eines älteren aber Renovierten Gebäudes. Neben einem Bauernhof. das Gebäude hat 7 weitere Zimmer darunter eine Moderne Küche und Esszimmer, ein kleines Wohnzimmer und eine Waschküche, außerdem hat es 2 separate klos und ein Badezimmer.
Es gibt in näherer umgebung 2 Bushaltestelle die in ca. 10 min. zu fuss erreichbar sind. Mit dem bus kommt man schnell nach Weil der Stadt wo es eine S-bahn Anbindung nach Stuttgart und Böblingen gibt. In Schafhusen giebt es einen Bäcker für Einkäufe muss man is ein Kilometer entfernte Grafenau oder ins 3km entfernte Weil der Stadt fahren was aber durch die Bus anbindung kein problem darstellen sollte.
Wir sind 4 Berufstätige Mitbewohner. Wir suchen einen Mitbewohner der sich einbringt und mit hilft die WG in einem Sauberen und Ordentlichen Zustand zu halten.
