Das 14m2 große Zimmer ist Teil einer 3-Zimmer-Wohnung, in der ich (32, Lehrerin) ein gleich großes Zimmer habe. Zur gemeinsamen Nutzung gibt es ein Bad mit Dusche und Waschmaschine, eine Küche mit Vollausstattung (inkl. Spülmaschine), ein großes Wohnzimmer, einen Balkon sowie Keller- und Speicherabteil mit Wäschetrockenmöglichkeit.
Im Zimmer befindet sich aktuell ein Bett, eine Kleiderstange und ein Schreibtischstuhl. Dein Auto kannst du auf den Stellplatz stellen, der zur Wohnung gehört. Der Stellplatz ist in der Miete enthalten.

Die Wohnung in der Paradeisstraße ist direkt neben einer Bushaltestelle und 7 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof entfernt. In der Innenstadt ist man mit dem Fahrrad in 8 Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka, Lidl, Aldi, Dm, Mediamarkt usw.) gibt es auch ums Eck. Das besondere Highlight ist, dass die Ammer nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt liegt und man dort sehr schöne Spaziergänge machen kann. Die Lage könnte also nicht besser sein!

Optimal ist ein harmonisches Zusammenleben, bei dem man gegenseitig Rücksicht nimmt. Wenn es klappt, gemeinsam zu kochen oder etwas zu unternehmen, freue ich mich.
