Frei wird mein großes Zimmer mit Parkettboden und Gartenzugang. Es liegt zwar nach Norden, aber durch den Vorgarten, die Häuser auf der anderen Straßenseite und die großen Fenster ist es immer hell. Die Steubenstraße ist nicht die ruhigste Straße Weimars, aber das Haus liegt etwas zurückgesetzt und ich bin nie groß gestört worden durch den Verkehr. Die Decken sind hoch, der Schnitt ist praktisch und das Zimmer hat seine eigene kleine Terrasse.
Die Wohnung ist echt schön, hat auch aus der Küche heraus einen direkten Zugang zum ruhigen Hintergarten, ein Bad mit Fenster und Badewanne, Abstellkammer und Schuppen.
My large room with parquet flooring and garden access will be vacant. It faces north, but the front garden, the houses on the other side of the street and the large windows mean it's always bright. Steubenstraße is not the quietest street in Weimar, but the house is set back and I've never been disturbed by traffic. The ceilings are high, the layout is practical and the room has its own small terrace.
The flat is really nice, has direct access to the quiet back garden from the kitchen, a bathroom with a window and bathtub, a storage room and a shed.
Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, 4 Gehminuten vom Wieland- und Theaterplatz entfernt. Es handelt sich um ein freistehendes Haus mit drei Wohnungen, eine davon auch eine WG. Ein entspanntes (studentisches) Zusammenleben ist im gesamten Haus gegeben.
The flat is centrally located, a 4-minute walk from Wielandplatz and Theaterplatz. It is a detached house with three flats, one of which is also a shared flat. There is a relaxed (student) atmosphere throughout the house.
In der WG wird schon zum Januar noch ein Zimmer frei, zwei Menschen, die zusammen eine WG suchen haben also vielleicht hier ihr Glück gefunden! Bleiben tut Olivia (22), Architekturstudentin, die gerade an ihrem Bachelorprojekt arbeitet. Sie tanzt gern, hört richtig gute Musik und experimentiert in der Küche (das neueste Hobby: alles mögliche einlegen). Entspannte, lustige Küchengespräche sind mit ihr garantiert.
There will be another room available in the flat share in February, so two people looking for a flat share together may be lucky here! Olivia (22), an architecture student who is currently working on her bachelor's project, is staying. She enjoys dancing, listens to really good music and experiments in the kitchen (her latest hobby: pickling all sorts of things). Relaxed, fun kitchen chats are guaranteed with her.
I was the main tenant together with Olivia and we are looking for someone to take over this task. The work has always been well divided between me and Olivia and has been limited overall. And I am definitely available for a smooth transition :)
Ich war mit Olivia zusammen Hauptmieterin und wir suchen eine Person, die diese Aufgabe übernimmt. Die Arbeit hat sich immer gut zwischen mir und Olivia aufgeteilt und insgesamt in Grenzen gehalten. Ich stehe auf jeden Fall für einen smoothen Übergang zur Verfügung :)
