Ich vermiete mein Zimmer in der zentralsten Wohnung Weimars unter, da ich ins Erasmus gehe! :-)
Dank der Lage im Dachgeschoss ist es durch Dachschrägen sehr gemütlich und in der Wohnküche trotzdem immer hell.
Dein Zimmer hat Blick auf die Marienstraße und wird möbliert vermietet. Das heißt Bett (1,40m), Schreibtisch, Schrank, Kommode usw. ist alles da. Natürlich so beräumt dass genug Platz für deine Sachen ist!
In der Wohnküche steht auch ein Sofa und ein Esstisch, so dass es dort ebenfalls viel Aufenthaltsqualität gibt. Außerdem haben wir sowohl Bad als auch Gästeklo, insofern kommt es nie zu Stressmomenten vor abgeschlossener Badtür ;)
Kühlschrank, Ofen, Waschmaschine, Trockner usw. ist alles da!
I'm subletting my room in the most city-centre flat in Weimar, as I'm going to Erasmus! :-)
Thanks to its location in the top floor, it is very cosy due to the sloping ceilings and yet always bright in the eat-in kitchen.
Your room has a view of Marienstraße and is rented furnished. That means bed (1.40m), desk, wardrobe, sideboard etc. is all there. Of course, everything is tidied up so that there is enough space for your belongings!
There is also a sofa and a dining table in the kitchen/living room, so there is also plenty of room to hang out. We also have both a bathroom and a guest toilet, so there are never any stressful moments in front of a locked bathroom door ;)
Fridge, oven, washing machine, tumble dryer etc. are all there!
Direkt in der Marienstraße als unweit von Uni, Mensa, Bib, M18, Nahkauf, Brotklappe... Auch der Ilmpark ist basically direkt vor der Tür, was besonders im Frühling und Sommer wunderschön ist. Mit dem Bus ist man in 15 Min am Hauptbahnhof. Zentraler kann man nicht wohnen... :)
Directly on Marienstraße, across the street from the university, mensa, library, M18, supermarket, Brotklappe... The Ilmpark is also basically right on the doorstep, which is particularly beautiful in spring and summer. The main railway station is 15 minutes away by bus. You can't live more centrally... :)
Du wirst mit Franca und Lina zusammenleben.
Franca studiert Visuelle Kommunikation und ist, wenn sie nicht grade an der Strickmaschine sitzt, Ansprechpartnerin für italienischen Küche, Volleyball und spontane Haarschnitte!
Lina studiert Medienkunst, kocht immer den ersten Kaffee am Morgen und überrascht oft mit neuen Passions, zuletzt Silberschmuck putzen und sich mit dem Gender Data Gap befassen.
Wir haben ein freundschaftliches Zusammenleben und wünschen uns das auch weiterhin. Natürlich zwingen wir niemandem einen Trash TV Abend auf und es wird jedem der Space gegeben den er/sie braucht! Eine Zweck-WG wirst du bei uns aber nicht finden. Wir kochen gerne zusammen und füreinander, töpfern ab und zu und haben auch schon kleine Partys oder Get-togethers gehosted.
Wir haben einen Putzplan, der wöchentlich rotiert.
You will be living with Franca and Lina.
Franca is studying Visual Communication and, when she's not at the knitting machine, she's the go-to person for Italian cuisine and spontaneous haircuts!
Lina studies media art, always makes the first coffee in the morning and often surprises us with new passions, most recently cleaning silver jewellery.
We live together as friends and hope to continue living like that. Of course, we don't force a trash TV evening on anyone and everyone is given the space they need! But you won't find a functional flat share with us. We like to cook together and for each other, make pottery from time to time and have also hosted small parties or get-togethers.
We have a cleaning schedule that rotates weekly.
