The apartment is ideal for a 4-person shared flat with beautiful furnished rooms, a bathroom with shower (and bathtub), washing machine free of charge and kitchen. The toilet room is separate from the bathroom.
The warm rent for the rental contract is 370€ . Internet and electricity (70€) are billed separately from the provider registered under a flatmate's name.
If you're new to Weimar: Weimar is very small, everything is within walking distance. To Bauhaus Uni it's 20 minutes walking, a little more to HfM (because that's on a hill).
If you're really fast you can make it to the train station in 5 minutes walking, and it takes 2 minutes of walking to the nearest supermarket. The nearest bus stop is just 20 - 30 seconds of walk.
Our flat is in the main city, but has a calm atmosphere - the street in front of the house isn't busy.
In Summer, the public pool is full of people. The chatting, water splashing, the smell of fries and sunscreen is in the air. And in Winter, when it's getting dark soon, you can see its indoor pool glowing in changing colours.
When it's raining, you can hear the raindrops on the steel-sheet roof in the yard.
Our flat has a kitchen that makes a nice chill area. The bathroom is also farely big - good for hair cutting sessions.
