Central people don't live! Even if you're everywhere in Weimar anyway, you're even faster from here:)
- 3 minutes to the next Rewe at Theaterplatz
- 2 minutes to the bus stop
- 5 minutes to the Goetheplatz
-8 minutes to the Bauhaus-Uni
-5 minutes to the Hfm
-beat over the street is the Bauhaus-Bib and
- Once downstairs there are the best pommes in town

Despite the central location, it is quiet and really relaxed.

📍Die Lage – mitten in Weimar:
Zentraler wohnen geht nicht! Auch wenn man in Weimar sowieso schnell überall ist, ist man von hier aus noch schneller überall :)
- 3 Minuten zum nächsten Rewe am Theaterplatz
- 2 Minuten zur Bushaltestelle
- 5 Minuten zum Goetheplatz
-8 Minuten zur Bauhaus-Uni
-5 Minuten zur Hfm
-schräg über die Straße ist die Bauhaus-Bib und
-Einmal Treppe runter gibt’s die besten Pommes der Stadt

Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es ruhig und echt entspannt.

🏡 The apartment:
The WG is a beautiful and really large old building apartment in the 2nd. Stock with a lot of charm – there are:

- A large living room with bay window and a lot of morning and lunch sun – perfect for sitting together, relaxing, silly or for a cozy tea
- A nice kitchen (even in the final Schönmach phase: new wooden floor and fresh paint) - the pictures are only a small intermediate stand. The kitchen is on our balcony towards the west – the most beautiful evening sun guaranteed for the most beautiful summer evenings:)
- A bathroom with window, bathtub, shower and washing machine
- A separate toilet – practical because you don't get in the way
- And: a drying room on the attic if you don't want your laundry around in the room

Your roommates:
Cora (28) and Johanna (20):

- Cora has just completed her art studies, is totally open, creative and super-loving – with it you can talk as well as spontaneous actions start.
-Johanna recently moved in and studies product design in the second semester. She makes her own jewelry, is super sympathetic and is looking forward to the summer in Weimar.

The mood in the WG is relaxed and open - cleanliness is important to us because we all like it neatly and cozy. We find it nice when you honestly deal with each other, respect each other and thus can really feel at home.

🏡 Die Wohnung:
Die WG ist eine wunderschöne und echt große Altbauwohnung im 2. Stock mit viel Charme – es gibt:

- Ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Erkerfenster und viel Morgen- und Mittagssonne – perfekt zum Zusammensitzen, Entspannen, Quatschen oder für einen gemütlichen Tee
- Eine hübsche Küche (gerade noch in der finalen Schönmach-Phase: neuer Holzboden und frischem Anstrich) - die Bilder sind also nur ein kleiner Zwischenstand. Über die Küche kommt man auf unseren Balkon Richtung Westen – schönste Abendsonne für die schönsten Sommerabende garantiert :)
- Ein Bad mit Fenster, Badewanne, Dusche und Waschmaschine
- Ein separates WC – praktisch, weil man sich nicht in die Quere kommt
- Und: ein Trockenraum auf dem Dachboden, falls du deine Wäsche nicht im Zimmer rumstehen haben willst

👯‍♀️ Deine Mitbewohnerinnen:
In der WG wohnen Cora (28) und Johanna (20):

- Cora hat gerade ihr Kunststudium abgeschlossen, ist total offen, kreativ und superlieb – mit ihr kann man genauso gut tiefsinnige Gespräche führen wie spontane Aktionen starten.
-Johanna ist vor kurzem eingezogen und studiert Produktdesign im zweiten Semester. Sie macht ihren eigenen Schmuck, ist super sympathisch und freut sich schon auf den Sommer in Weimar.

Die Stimmung in der WG ist entspannt und offen - Sauberkeit ist uns wichtig, weil wir’s alle gern ordentlich und gemütlich haben. Wir finden’s schön, wenn man ehrlich miteinander umgeht, sich gegenseitig respektiert und sich dadurch einfach wirklich zu Hause fühlen kann.
