Das Zimmer liegt in der obersten WG Etage des Hauses. Gegenüber hat ein Maler aus Weimar sein Atelier, indem er tagsüber arbeitet. Richtung Norden hat der Raum ein Fenster, dass heißt Abends scheint die Sonne hinein und bis auf den Holzboden.
Da ich ein Auslandssemester mache und nur temporär ausziehe, würde ich das Zimmer teilmöbliert vermieten, über die Details können wir sprechen.

The room is on the top floor of the house. A painter from Weimar has his studio opposite, where he works during the day. The room has a north-facing window, which means that the sun shines in at night and reaches the wooden floor.
As I am doing a semester abroad and only moving out temporarily, I would rent the room partly furnished, we can talk about the details.

Das Haus ist in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Bahnhof. Du brauchst zehn min nach Weimar, 20 nach Erfurt, 40 nach Jena.
Verschiedene Supermärkte sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Besonders ist der schöne Garten mit Hängematte, Slackline, Grill etc.
The house is very close to the train station. You need ten minutes to Weimar, 20 to Erfurt, 40 to Jena.
Various supermarkets are within walking distance. The beautiful garden with hammock, slackline, barbecue etc. is a special feature.

Deine Mitbewohnerinnen sind Andrea, Anna.
Die teilweise in Weimar studieren, oder arbeitstätig sind. Was alle verbindet ist künstlerische und handwerkliche Tätigkeit.
In den anderen beiden Etagen des Hauses befinden sich auch WGs, insgesamt sind es also ca. 15 Leute im Haus. Manchmal auch ein Hund und im Garten 50 000 Bienen.
Die Etagen sind zwar voneinander getrennt aber es ist ein bisschen wie eine große Wg.

Your flatmates are Andrea, Anna and Stefan.
Some of them are studying or working in Weimar. What they all have in common is artistic and manual work.
There are also shared flats on the other two floors of the house, so there are about 15 people in total. Sometimes there is also a dog and 50,000 bees in the garden.
The floors are separate, but it's a bit like one big flat share
