Ich bin Aaron und suche nach einer/m Untermieter/in für das derzeitige Arbeitszimmer in der Wohnung für den Restzeitraum meines Studiums, da meine Freundin wegen eines Praktikums wegzieht.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 13m2 groß. Es gibt einen Doppeltür-Durchgang zum Wohnzimmer, den wir natürlich aber auch zustellen/verhängen können, wenn du möchtest.
Die Ausstattung im Zimmer kann genutzt oder rausgeräumt werden - was dir lieber ist!
Gerade befinden sich in dem Zimmer ein Eck-Schreibtisch, ein Stehtisch, ein Sessel, ein Regal und ein ausklappbares Schlafsofa was zusammen mit einer Matraze (auch schon vorhanden) als Bett verwendet werden kann. Die Bilder/Plakate, das Werkzeug und die anderen Gegenstände werden natürlich ausgeräumt, damit du deinen Platz hast!

I am Aaron and I am looking for a subtenant for the current study room in the apartment for the remaining period of my studies, as my girlfriend is moving away for an internship.
The room is approx. 13m2 in size. There is a double doorway to the living room, which we can of course also obstruct/hang if you want.
The furniture in the room can be used or removed - whichever you prefer!
The room currently has a corner desk, a standing table, an armchair, a shelf and a fold-out sofa which can be used as a bed together with a mattress (already available). The pictures/posters, tools and other items will of course be cleared out so that you have your own space!
Die nächste Bushaltestelle is Zeppelinplatz. Der nächste Nahkauf ist 3 Gehminuten entfernt. Zur Bauhaus-Uni ist es mit dem Rad 6-10 Minuten.

Wir haben es uns sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und ich suche nach einer Person, die das ebenfalls schätzt. Ich bin sehr Kafee-affin und mache mir am liebsten einen dreifachen-Espresso morgens und lerne genre neue Kaffee-Zubereitungsarten! Ich bin tagsüber viel unterwegs oder auf der Arbeit und komme meist so gegen 18:00 zurück. Danach koche und schaue ich gerne noch etwas (auf der tollen Leinwand im Wohnzimmer:), dabei freue ich mich immer über Gesellschaft! Privater Rückzug ist aber auch sehr wichtig und wird natürlich respektiert! Neben der Arbeit/Studium bin ich sehr gerne parktisch aktiv, repariere Fahrräder, Kleidung und allerlei Elektronik. Das angesammelte Werkzeug kannst du übrigens gerne mitbenutzen.

We've made ourselves a very comfortable home and I'm looking for someone who appreciates that too. I am very fond of coffee and prefer to make myself a triple espresso in the morning and like to learn new techniques! I'm out and about a lot during the day or at work and usually get back around 18:00. Afterwards I like to cook and watch something (on the great screen in the living room:), and I'm always happy to have company! However, private retreat is also very important and is of course respected! In addition to my work/studies, I like to be active repairing bicycles, clothes and all kinds of electronics. You are by the way welcome to use the tools I have collected.
Der Vermieter hat mir die Erlaubnis erteilt, das Zimmer zur Restdauer meines Studiums (vorraussichtlich 1,5 Jahre) unterzuvermieten. Die Nutzung der Wohung als WG (nach meinem Ausscheiden aus dem Mietvertrag) ist nicht vorgesehen.
Zunächst würde ich gerne bis Ende September 2025 untervermieten, da sich bis dahin klärt, ob meine Freundin hier weiter-studieren wird. Falls das nicht der Fall sein wird, können wir den Untermietvertrag bis zu Oktober 2026 verlängern

The landlord has given me permission to sublet the room for the remainder of my studies (as of plan 1.5 years). The flat will not become a shared flat (after I leave the tenancy agreement).
Initially, I would like to sublet until the end of September 2025, as it will be clear by then whether my girlfriend will continue to study here and return. If this is not the case, we can extend the sublease up until October 2026
