Das Zimmer hat hohe Decken mit zwei Fenster Richtung Westen, wo du nachmittags/abends schön Sonne hast. Die Fenster gehen zur Straße raus, weshalb du manchmal leises Hintergrundrauschen hast. Außerdem hat das Zimmer einen schönen gemütlichen Holzboden.
Wohnung:
Wir haben zwei Bäder, ein großes und kleines, eine Spülmaschine in der Küche, und einen Balkon. (Der gerade im Winter allerdings als Abstellfläche dient)

Kosten:
Das Zimmer kostet 311,57 Euro inkl. GEZ.
Zusätzliche Kosten sind lediglich 19 Euro fürs Wlan.
Die Kaution beträgt 290 Euro.
Bei Interesse melde dich gerne mit ein paar Worten zu dir und wir können gerne einen Besichtigungs- und Kennenlerntermin ausmachen. :) Unter der Woche passt es zeitlich am besten abends.

The room has high ceilings with two windows facing west, where you have nice sun in the afternoon/evening. The windows face the street, which is why you sometimes have quiet background noise. The room also has a nice cozy wooden floor.
Apartment:
We have two bathrooms, one large and one small, a dishwasher in the kitchen, and a balcony. (Which is used as a storage area at the moment)

Costs:

Von der WG brauchst du zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten in die Innenstadt und 15-20 min zur Uni. Zum Bahnhof brauchst du ca. 10 Minuten, wenn du spät dran bist schaffst du es auch ein, zwei Minuten schneller. :)
Zum Einkaufen ist das Atrium sehr praktisch direkt um die Ecke.
Für Kinogänger*innen und (im Sommer für tolle E-Werk Flohmärkte) ist das Lichthaus in drei, vier Minuten Laufnähe. Die Ilm und Natur ist ebenso nicht weit.

It's about a 10-minute walk to the city center and 15-20 minutes to the university. The train station is about 10 minutes away, but if you're running late you can get there a minute or two faster. :)
The Atrium is just around the corner for groceries and everything you need.
For moviegoers and (in summer for great E-Werk flea markets) the Lichthaus is a three or four-minute walk away. The Ilm and nature are also not far away.
Ich (Anneliese) werde für mein Auslandssemester ausziehen. Du wohnst dann mit Jiaxin und Johann zusammen. Jiaxin arbeitet als Lehrerin und Johann studiert Architektur, das heißt wir haben unterschiedliche Tagesabläufe, hatten aber nie Probleme damit. Beide sind sehr lieb und man kann gut mit ihnen quatschen. :)

I (Anneliese) will be moving out for my semester abroad. You'll be living with Jiaxin and Johann. Jiaxin works as a teacher and Johann is studying architecture, which means our daily routines are a bit different, but we've never had any problems. Both of them are really nice people and easy to chat to. :)
