Das Schlafzimmer befindet sich im zweiten Stock in der Hegelstraße 10. Es hat einen Blick auf die Steubenstraße. Ein großes Fenster sorgt für genug Licht. Die Wände haben eine schöne Beton-Optik, was dem Raum einen besonderen Charme verleiht. Es ist ein großer, gemütlicher Raum, perfekt für deine Zeit in Weimar, und die Lage sowie der Preis sind einfach unschlagbar.
Mein Mitbewohner Leon hat sein Zimmer auch frei, wir werden die Besichtigungen wahrscheinlich zusammen machen.

The bedroom is located on the second floor of Hegelstraße 10. It has a view of Steubenstraße. A large window provides plenty of light. The walls have a lovely concrete aesthetic, which gives the room a special charm. It’s a spacious, cozy room, perfect for your time in Weimar, and the location as well as the price are simply unbeatable.

Die Hegelstraße 10 liegt super praktisch – nah an der Innenstadt, Bars, Bushaltestellen und der Uni. Egal, ob du etwas erledigen, einen Drink nehmen oder irgendwo hinfahren willst – alles ist in der Nähe. Außerdem gibt es einen 400m² großen Garten, der perfekt ist, um zu entspannen, einen Kaffee zu trinken oder einfach die frische Luft zu genießen. Es ist wirklich einer der Orte, an denen man das Gefühl hat, alles gleich um die Ecke zu haben.

Hegelstraße 10 is super convenient – close to everything in the city, bars, bus stops, and the university. Whether you need to run errands, grab a drink, or get somewhere, everything is nearby. There’s also a 400m² garden, perfect for relaxing, having a coffee, or simply enjoying the fresh air. It’s truly one of those places where you feel like everything is just around the corner.
Lino, Michael und Leon ziehen aus. Dafür kommen Buba und Lukas zurück aus dem Auslandssemester.
Nana bleibt noch bis Ende Februar in der Wohnung und Enni bis April. Ganz nach Weimarer Verhältnissen gibt es so viele Umbrüche, dass selbst wir den Überblick verlieren.
Auf Dauer wohnt ihr in jedem Fall mit Buba und Lukas zusammen und eine Weile mit Enni. Mit ihnen werdet ihr auch das Casting machen, wahrscheinlich online, da Buba und Lukas noch weit weg sind.
Buba (29) studiert Freie Kunst, Lukas (22) Architektur, und Enni (24) Medienkunst. Wie sich die Stimmung in der WG dann entwickelt, kann ich nicht beurteilen – das wirst du oder ihr maßgeblich mitgestalten.
Zuletzt haben wir – Lino, Nana, Enni, Michael und ich – gerne Zeit in der Küche verbracht, gemeinsam gekocht und auch mal im Garten Open-Air-Kino und Dinner mit der WG oben drüber organisiert. Das ist alles möglich :)

Lino, Michael, and Leon are moving out. In their place, Buba and Lukas are returning from their semester abroad.
Nana will stay in the apartment until the end of February, and Enni until April. As is typical in Weimar, there are so many changes that even we lose track.
In the long term, you’ll be living with Buba and Lukas, and for a while with Enni. You’ll also do the casting with them, probably online since Buba and Lukas are still far away.
Buba (2) is studying Fine Arts, Lukas (22) is studying Architecture, and Enni (24) is studying Media Arts. I can't predict how the atmosphere in the shared apartment will develop – you or you all will play a key role in shaping it.
Recently, we – Lino, Nana, Enni, Michael, and I – spent a lot of time in the kitchen, cooking together, and even organized open-air movie nights and dinners in the garden with the WG upstairs. All of this is possible :)
Es ist uns wichtig, dass wir Verantwortung an neue Mitbewohnerinnen weitergeben können, insbesondere in Bezug auf Konten, Vertragsnamen und ähnliche Angelegenheiten. Das Zimmer wird mit einem Vertrag angeboten, was ideal für internationale Bewohnerinnen und Deutsche ist, die diese zusätzliche Sicherheit benötigen. Allerdings suchen wir auch jemanden, der bereit ist, etwas Verantwortung zu übernehmen, vor allem, wenn du weißt, dass du langfristig hierbleiben wirst.

It’s important to us that we can pass on responsibilities to new flatmates, especially in regard to accounts, contract names, and similar matters. The room comes with a contract, which is ideal for the Auslanders :) and Germans who need that extra security. However, we’re also looking for someone who is willing to take on some responsibility, particularly if you know you’ll be staying here long-term.
