Nach fünf Jahren ziehe ich aus dieser tollen WG aus. Vielleicht wird sie dein neues Zuhause✨
Du wirst mit zwei tollen Mitbewohner*innen zusammenwohnen:
🎨 Nina studiert Visuelle Kommunikation und kann fantastisch kochen
🏗 Julius studiert Architektur und ist immer für ein gutes Gespräch zu haben.
Aktuell werden also zwei Zimmer frei:)
Die Wohnung hat :
- Eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler, und zwei Kühlschränken – genug Platz für alles!
- Einen großen Gemeinschaftsbalkon, auf dem im Sommer fleißig Pflanzen wachsen.
- Zwei Bäder (eins mit Dusche, eins mit Badewanne) – hier gibt’s morgens keinen Stress.

You'll be living with two great flatmates:
🎨 Nina studies Visual Communication and is an amazing cook.
🏗 Julius studies Architecture and is always up for a good conversation.
The apartment has:
A fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher& two fridges – plenty of space for everything!
A big shared balcony where plants thrive in the summer.
Two bathrooms (one with a shower, one with a bathtub) – so no morning bathroom queues!

Die Uni ist direkt um die Ecke und ein Einkaufsmarkt (Nahkauf) befindet sich eine Straße weiter runter- auch der Weg in die Innenstadt ist in 5 Minuten geschafft, genauso wie zu den üblichen Bars!

You will live just around the corner from the university. A supermarket (Nahkauf) is one street down and the way to the city center is only 5 minutes away, as well as the local bars!
In der WG geht es entspannt zu. Alle machen gerne ihr Ding, aber kommen auch mal auf ein Gespräch, auf einen Tee oder spontanes Frühstück in der Küche oder auf dem Balkon zusammen. :)

Life in the shared flat is very relaxed. Everyone likes to do their own thing, but sometimes they get together for a chat, a cup of tea or a spontaneous breakfast in the kitchen or on the balcony. :)
