Dein Wohnraum ist ca. 30 qm groß. Das Zimmer geht zur Südseite zum Hinterhof raus. Es gibt 6 große Fenster und der Boden sind Holzdielen. Das Zimmer hat eine Ablage über der Tür. Dort liegt momentan Zeug von den anderen Mitbewohnis aber das kann bei Bedarf auch geändert werden. Außerdem steht in dem Zimmer noch eine große Schrankwand, die ich leider nicht mitnehmen kann. Die kann gerne übernommen werden oder ich kann mich darum kümmern dass sie verkauft wird. Die Miete für das Zimmer würde für dich 294€ betragen. Eine Mieterhöhung ist aber wahrscheinlich. Das ist eine Warmmiete. Die Nebenkosten sind inklusive. Es gibt keine Nebenkostennachzahlung. Das Wlan ist auch in dem Preis enthalten. Rundfunkbeigtrag kommt gesondert hinzu. Es ist in der Regel keine SCHUFA (request now) -Auskunft oder Bürgschaft nötig. Ein Einzug ist ab dem 20. Februar möglich, ein späteres Einzugsdatum ist nach Absprache auch denkbar. Sonstige Wohnung: Es gibt noch vier weitere Zimmer, ein Flur mit Esstisch, eine gut ausgestattete aber eher kleine Küche, ein Balkon, einen Schuppen in dem Fahrräder untergestellt werden können, einen Hinterhof der mitgenutzt werden können, eine Waschmaschine zur gemeinsamen Nutzung durch das Haus steht im Keller .

Your living space is about 30 square meters. The room faces south towards the backyard. Apart from that, there are 6 large windows and the floor is wooden boards. There is some storage space above the door. It is currently used by all flatmates but the items can be removed if you want. There is also a large wardrobe in the room that i cant take with me so if you would like to keep it that would be great. But if not then i can also remove it. The rent for the room is currently €294 but it is likely that the rent will be raised a little. This is a warm rent. The utilities are included. There are no additional charges. Wifi is also included in the price. Rundfunkbeitrag is added separately. In the past, no SCHUFA (request now) information or guarantee was necessary. Moving in is possible from the beginning of July, a later move-in date is also possible by arrangement. Other apartment: There are four more rooms, a hallway with dining table, a well-equipped but rather small kitchen, a balcony, a shed where bicycles can be stored, a backyard that can be shared, a washing machine for shared use by the house are in the basement.

Wir wohnen direkt am Bahnhof. Sämtliche Buslinien fahren direkt vor der Haustür, sowie die Regionalbahnen Richtung Jena und Erfurt. Der Hauptbahnhof ist nurwenige Gehminuten entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind 5 - 15 min fußläufig entfernt (je nachdem ob du zu Netto, Nahkauf, Penny oderLidl, Rewe oder DM willst). Zur Uni oder ins Stadtzentrum sinds mit Fahrrad oder Bus ca 10 - 15 Min

We live right next to the train station.All bus lines run right outside the front door, as do the regional trains to Jena and Erfurt.The main train station is only a few minutes' walk away.Shopping facilities are 5 - 15 minutes away on foot (depending on whether you want to go to Netto, Nahkauf, Penny or Lidl, Rewe or DM).The university or the city center are about 10 - 15 minutes away by bike or bus
WG Leben
Da in unserer WG linke, neurodivergente, queere und trans* Personen leben, ist uns wichtig, dass du damit nicht nur "kein Problem" hast,sondern dich im besten Falle selbst zugehörig fühlst. Außerdem wohnen bei uns zwei Katzen. Es wäre daher wichtig, dass du Lust hast mit Katzen zusammen zu wohnen.
Wichtig!: Wir nehmen Corona weiterhin ernst. Uns ist wichtig, dass dahingehend die Bedürfnissealler Personen beachtet werden und wir pragmatische Lösungen fürs zusammenwohnen finden. Beim WG-Kennenlernen wäre es daher wichtig, dass bitte eine FFP2 Maske getragen wird. Wenn es gesundheitliche Gründe gibt, die dagegen sprechen, finden wir eine Lösung die für alle passt.
Aktuell wohnen in der WG:
Catalina (25) studiert im Master am Bauhaus und zeichnet, hört Musik und sieht gerne Filme. Am Wochenende ist sie meistens zu Hause.
Nim (26) ist viel zuhause und verbringt am liebsten den Tag mit kreativ sein, z.B. lesen, Scrapbooking, zeichnen, sticken. Ansonsten ist es ein großer Tierliebhaber und macht gerne kleine Ausflüge mit dem Auto in der Region.
Sönke (25) studiert Urbanistik und ist politisch aktiv in Weimar in verschiedenen Gruppen. In der Regel ist er tagsüber aus dem Haus und auch 1-2 mal pro Monat für ein paar Tage nicht in Weimar.
Emma (20) macht ein FSJ in Archäologie. Emma macht gerne viele verschiedene Arten von Kunst und geht bouldern.
Außerdem wohnen hier zwei verkuschelte Katzen.
Wir sind Mitglied bei der LEKO (eine Food-Coop). Es wäre schön, wenn die neue Mitbwohni-Person sichvorstellen könnte, sich bei der LEKO und den WG-Einkäufen zu beteiligen. Darüber lässt sich aber sprechen und uns ist eine solidarische Aufteilung der Kosten wichtig. Als zukünftige Mitbewohni-Person wünschen wir uns eine Person, die sich gerne mitum die WG kümmern mag. In unserer WG ist uns wichtig, Rücksicht aufeinander zu nehmen und gut miteinander zu kommunizieren. Das kleinste Zimmer in der Wohnung, was bisher als Wohnzimmer benutzt wurde, wird demnächst auch vermietet werden, dort zieht ab August Emma neu ein.

As left-wing, neurodivergent, queer and trans* people live in our shared flat, it is important to us that you not only have “no problem” with this, but that ideally you feel part of it yourself. We also have two cats living with us.It would therefore be important that you would like to live with cats.
Important!: We continue to take Corona seriously. It is important to us that the needs of all people are taken into account and that we find pragmatic solutions for living together. When getting to know each other, it would therefore be important to wear an FFP2 mask. If there are health reasons that speak against it, we will find a solution that suits everyone
They currently live in the shared flat:
Catalina (25) is studying a master's degree at the Bauhaus and likes to draw, listen to music and watch movies. She is usually at home on weekends.
Nim (26) is at home a lot and likes to spend the day being creative, e.g. reading, scrapbooking, drawing, embroidering. It is also a great animal lover and enjoys taking short trips around the region by car.
Sönke (25) is studying urban studies and is politically active in various groups in Weimar. He is usually out of the house during the day and is also away from Weimar for a few days 1-2 times a month.
Emma (20) is doing an FSJ in archaeology. Emma enjoys doing lots of different types of art and going bouldering.
Two cuddly cats also live here.
We are members of LEKO (a food co-op). It would be nice if the new flatmate could imagine contributing to the LEKO and the shared flat groceries. However, this can be discussed and it is important to us to share the
