Möbliertes Zimmer, bis auf Internet und TV ist alles vorhanden und kann genutzt werden. Duschbad, großer Garten, Terrasse, Klavier, Klimaanlage, Küche, Esszimmer, Wohnzimmer, Stellplatz.
Ich und mein Sohn wohnen in diesem Zeitraum selten dort, vielleicht nur für 1 Woche oder wenige Wochenenden. Du hättest also die Wohnung die meiste Zeit für dich. Ab August ist das Zimmer wieder belegt. Ein kürzerer Zeitraum oder späterer Beginn sind möglich.
Im Haus wohnt eine weitere Frau mit großem und liebem Hund in einer Einliegerwohnung.
Sehr ruhig am Dorfrand. Wald und Felder sind vor der Tür. Der Bus fährt ca. 1x pro Stunde zur Kreisstadt mit S-Bahn-Anbindung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Ärzte sind 3km entfernt und per Rad gut erreichbar.
Wir sind in dem Zeitraum sehr selten da, wir würden uns kaum treffen. Wir sind zwei, ich und mein kleiner Sohn. Ein friedliches und freundliches, gern zweckmäßiges und trotzdem kommunikatives Zusammenleben, wenn wir mal da sind, ist super. Wir sind das WG-Leben gewöhnt.
Im Haus wohnt noch eine Frau, die aber in einer eigenen, abgeschlossenen Wohnung lebt.
