In unserer 3er-WG wird ein Zimmer frei!
Das Zimmer ist ab dem 01.04.2024 für 540 € warm ist 24 qm groß, besitzt ein großes Fenster, hat eine hohe Decke und ein schönes Parkett in Fischgrätenoptik. Es liegt auf der Südseite, ist damit sehr schön hell.
Die WG hat 131 m^2 und liegt im 2. Stock eines neu sanierten Altbaus mit hohen Decken und einem schönen Parkettboden im Wohnbereich. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, das Bad ist mit Badewanne und Dusche ausgestattet. Es gibt ein separates WC, eine Vorratskammer und ein großes Wohnzimmer.
Im privaten Innenhof ist ein eigener PKW Parkplatz vorhanden und es gibt einen Unterstand für Fahrräder.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral, nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Stadtplatz und vom Kaiser-Josef-Platz entfernt.
Zur FH sind es 10 Minuten und der Bahnhof ist in 15 Minuten zu erreichen.
In der näheren Umgebung sind mehrere Supermärkte zu Fuß und mit dem Fahrrad gut zu erreichen. Aufgrund der Nähe zum Stadtplatz ist man auch schnell bei anderen Geschäften (Fuzo) oder in Cafés und Restaurants.
