ich bin der Vermieter der Wohnung Zeileisstraße 15, 4600 Wels, Top 18.
Nette 3er WG, das freie Zimmer ist 14m2 groß und hat eine tolle quadratische Form.
Vefügbarkeit ab 01.04.2025 (Umzug eventuell ein paar Tage früher möglich).
Die Wohnung ist möbliert, das Zimmer ist ebenso möbliert (Bett, Schreibtisch, und Schrank).
Küche, WC, und Bad zur gemeinsamen Benutzung.
Es ist alles vorhanden, was man an Geräten in einer Küche braucht: Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Geschirrspüler, neuer Herd, Ofen, Waschmaschine vorhanden.
Die Wohnung ist direkt (1min Fußweg) an der Haltestelle der Straßenbahn 4, die direkt zur FH-Wels fährt.
Da die FH-Wels nur ca. 2km entfernt ist, ist sie auch in knapp 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Miete: 380 Euro pauschal inkl. verbrauchsüblicher BK (Heizung, Wasser, Gebäudeverwaltung), ohne Strom/Internet (diese werden von den Mitbewohnern unter sich geteilt)
