Das Zimmer ist lichtdurchflutet und hat viel Platz für gemütliche Sofas, große Betten und all deine Zimmerpflanzen. Die Heizung funktioniert einwandfrei, außerdem ist das Haus gut gedämmt und es wird im Winter nicht zu kalt und im Sommer nicht zu heiß.
Die Spaziermöglichkeiten sind durch die Nähe zum Wald sehr schön. Sonst gibt es eine selbstverwaltete Kneipe um die Ecke, die Nachbarn sind auch als Mietshaussyndikat organisiert und wir grillen oft zusammen. Nebenan sind die Felder einer solidarischen Landwirtschaft, von denen wir unser Gemüse bekommen. Am Wochenende stellen wir manchmal deren Bewässerung an und lassen die Hühner raus.
Wir sind ein Kollektiv, dem auch das Haus gehört, weil es vor 50 Jahren gekauft wurde als Mietshaussyndikat. Wir sind ultimative Süßmäuse, entscheiden im Konsens und kochen jeden Abend geilen Scheiß. Uns ist voll egal wer du bist, solange du ne stabile süßmaus bist. Komm rum, es gibt genug essen für alle
