Hallo,
da ich im Sommersemester ins Ausland gehe, suche ich für mein Zimmer eine Untermieterin. Der Mietzeitraum wäre vom 01.01.2025 bis zum 31.08.2025.
Das Zimmer ist 14m² groß, möbliert und hat alles was man braucht. Unsere WG besteht normalerweise aus drei Mädchen, aber während des Sommersemesters bin ich weg, und eine weitere Mitbewohnerin ist ebenfalls im Ausland. Daher stehen zwei Zimmer leer.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist top: In nur 1 Minute erreichst du einen Supermarkt, in 2 Minuten bist du in der Innenstadt, und in 7 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof. Eine Apotheke und ein Arzt befinden sich direkt um die Ecke.

As I’ll be going abroad for the summer semester, I’m looking for a subtenant for my room. The rental period would be from 01 January 2025 to 31 August 2025.
The room is 14m², fully furnished, and equipped with everything you need. Our flat normally consists of three girls, but during the summer semester, I’ll be away, and another flatmate will also be abroad. This means that two rooms will be available during this time.
The apartment is in a great location: it’s just 1 minute to the nearest supermarket, 2 minutes to the city center, and 7 minutes to the train station. There’s also a pharmacy and a doctor’s office right around the corner.
