Das Zi. ist 12 qm gross und hat 1 schräge Wand. Fenster (Roto Kippfenster Richtung W und Platik Richtung S) mit Aussicht auf die Felder vom Süderfeld. das Zi. ist im Obergeschoss.
Küche wird gemeinsam genutzt. Der Eingang ist gemeinsam. Die Treppe ist im Eingangsbereich.
Es handelt sich um einen alten Resthof mit großem Garten ringsum.
Am Ortsrand von Westre in ländlicher Idylle biete ich ein WG Zimmer an. Mit dem Auto ist man in 10 min in Süderlügum, dort gibt so gut wie alles (Aldi, Lidl, Bürgerbüro, Bäcker, Edeka, Tankstelle, Werkstatt, Kik, Zigarettenautomat, Bank, Handyladen und Restaurants, sowie jede Menge dänische Geschäfte). Sonntags haben fast alle Supermärkte geöffnet.
Im OG befindet sich ein weiteres, vermietetes Zi. Dort wohnt ein Mann aus DE, 62J. er ist nett. Das Bad oben wird geteilt. Ich, 32J. und meine Frau sowie ein junger Mann 20J. wohne im unteren Stockwerk.
Ich würde mich über freundliche und aufgeschlossene Mitbewohner freuen. Gerne auch mal gemeinsame Abende oder Unternehmungen wenn gewünscht.
Schreibt mir gerne hier. Ich würde mich über ernst gemeinte Anfragen freuen ! Die 10 € sonstige Kosten werden für die Abnutzung der Möbel berechnet. Man kann auch gerne eigene Möbel mitbringen. Als Resthof haben wir auch eigene Hühner, und ein Hahn kräht frühs. Außerdem gibt es 2 Hunde in der Nachbarschaft.
