Da ich in den nächsten Wochen aufgrund von Arbeit und Urlaub nur sehr wenig in der Wohnung sein werde, würde ich gern ein Zimmer untervermieten!
Ich würde mir jemanden wünschen der nett, offen und ein angenehme/r MitbewohnerIn ist, der angemessen mit den von mir zur Verfügung gestellten Möbeln umgeht und Wohnung, wie Zimmer sauber hält!

Since I will only be in the apartment very little in the next few weeks due to work and vacation, I would like to sublet one room!
The room is part of a refurbished flat share. I would like someone who is nice, open and a pleasant tenant, who treats the furniture provided by me appropriately and keeps the flat clean!
Die Lage ist so ziemlich das Beste an der Wohnung, man ist sehr gut angebunden. Die U3 ist 3 min zu Fuß entfernt, der Nachtbus hält fast vor der Haustüre, und auch Bahn und S-Bahn sind durch die Nahe Verbindung von Wien Mitte (Landstraße) zum Hauptbahnhof gegeben.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie Hofer, Bila, Apotheke etc. befinden sich nur wenige Gehminuten (1-10min.) entfernt. Restaurants befinden sich ebenfalls in Fußreichweite!

The location is pretty much the best thing about the flat, it‘s well connected. The metro U3 is just a 3-minute walk away, the night bus stops almost on the doorstep, and the train and S-Bahn station of the main railway station is given though the close connection to Wien Mitte.
Shopping facilities such as supermarkets, Hofer, Bila, pharmacy etc. are only a few minutes' walk away (1-10 min.). Restaurants are also within walking distance!
Ich vermiete die Unterkunft komplett unter aufgrund meiner Abwesenheit, Datum kann ggf angepasst werden.
I rent the accommodation completely under due to my absence, date can be adjusted if necessary.
