Da ich für ein Jahr ins Ausland gehe vermiete ich mein Zimmer ab Februar 24 (schweren Herzens) unter. Die Altbau-Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock. Du würdest das etwa 20 qm große Zimmer von mir inklusive meiner Möbel übernehmen. Ansonsten haben wir in der Wohnung eine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine. Bad und Toilette sind 2 verschiedene Räume.
Als Kaution für das Zimmer inkl. die Möbel, Bett, Couch, Matratze etc. fallen 900 Euro an (nur als Absicherung, dass alles heile bleibt).

As I am going abroad for a year, I am subletting my room from February 24. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. You would take over the 20 square meter room from me including my furniture.
Apart from that, we have a dishwasher and a washing machine in the apartment. The bathroom and toilet are 2 separate rooms.
The deposit for the room including furniture, bed, couch, mattress etc. is 900 euros (just to make sure that everything stays intact).
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Bezirk direkt neben dem botanischen Garten und Schloss Belvedere, wo man besonders im Sommer schön sitzen, spazieren oder joggen kann.
Die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist sehr gut. S-Bahn, Bus und Straßenbahn fahren direkt von der unten liegenden Station Rennweg ab. Zur Uni sind es mit der Straßenbahn ohne Umsteigen ca. 25 Minuten, bis Wien Mitte, von wo viele U-Bahnen abfahren, nur 5 Minuten. Der Hauptbahnhof ist nur 2 S-Bahn Stationen entfernt.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt in der Straße. Es gibt Hofer, Billa, Lidl und dm.

The apartment is located in the 3rd district right next to the botanical garden and Belvedere Palace, where you can chill or go for a walk or a run, especially in summer.
The connection to public transportation is very good. S-Bahn, bus and tram leave directly from Rennweg station below. It is about 25 minutes to the university by tram without changing trains, and only 5 minutes to Wien Mitte, where many subway trains depart from. The main train station is only 2 stops away.
Shopping facilities are right in the street. There is Hofer, Billa, Lidl and dm.
Da es mich nach Spanien und Dänemark verschlägt wird mein Zimmer in unserer WG für ein Jahr frei.
Frank, Jasper und Hugo bleiben in der Wohnung.
Frank ist 24 Jahre alt und kommt aus Griechenland. Er hat Biologie studiert und arbeitet jetzt im Labor. Er ist ein super humorvoller Typ, mit dem man sich immer gut unterhalten kann.
Jasper, 30, hat seinen Master in Psychologie abgeschlossen und arbeitet jetzt Vollzeit. Er macht gerne Musik und ist ein sehr entspannter und witziger Gesprächspartner.
Hugo, 22, kommt aus Frankreich und ist für sein Studium nach Wien gekommen. Er ist ein echt entspannter Mitbewohner, versteht was von gutem Essen und ist gerne unterwegs auf Reisen.
Unser WG-Leben gestaltet sich sehr freundschaftlich und es ist uns wichtig, dass wir in keiner Zweck-WG leben. Wir haben alle unseren Alltag, verbringen aber auch gerne Zeit gemeinsam, sei es beim Abendessen oder bei einer Tasse Kaffee. Wir sind keine Party-WG, aber Freunde sind bei uns immer willkommen. Da wir alle ursprünglich nicht aus Wien sind, kann es auch mal sein, dass Freunde oder Familie für ein Wochenende oder länger zu Besuch kommen.

As I'm going to Spain and Denmark, my room in our shared flat will be free for a year.
Frank, Jasper and Hugo are staying in the apartment.
Frank is 24 years old and comes from Greece. He studied biology and now works in the lab. He's a super humorous guy who's always great to talk to.
Jasper, 30, has a Master's degree in psychology and now works full-time. He likes making music and is a very relaxed and funny person.
Hugo, 22, comes from France and has come to Vienna to study. He is a really relaxed flatmate, knows a thing or two about good food and enjoys traveling.
Our flat share life is very friendly and it's important to us that we don't live in a functional flat share. We all have our everyday lives, but we also enjoy spending time together, whether it's over dinner or a cup of coffee. We are not a party flat, but friends are always welcome. As we are all not originally from Vienna, friends or family may come to visit for a weekend or longer.
