Hey! I am Daniel, a student at the WU, and look for my room in our beautiful 2nd WG a post-renter, as I travel for a semester abroad from 9 January to the end of May.
That's what you expect:
Rooms
- High ceilings (2.80 m) & charming ambience.
- Spacious cut: A large living and dining room with a cozy couch invites you to relax.
- Kitchen: In addition to all basics, mixers, airfryers and microwaves are also available – ideal if you like to cook!
- Of course there is also a bathroom with shower and separate toilet (as well as everything you need)
- Your room is cozy and fully furnished, with bed, desk and storage room.
- Nice place to study/work & well-being :D
Location
A Spar and Billa are just a few houses ahead, as are numerous restaurants – our favorite is a super Asian right next door.
My personal highlight for me as a sportsman: The Gym (cleverfit) can be reached on foot in <5min, there is also a FitOne nearby! In addition, you are in a few minutes in the green Prater where you can jog perfectly on the main alley, walk or simply enjoy nature.
WG life
Your new roommate is a student at WU Vienna and a relaxed, friendly type. He is often busy with his studies or his projects, but he likes to take time for a good conversation or a common tea. In his spare time he likes to go to the gym and provides a relaxed, pleasant atmosphere in the WG.
