Room
I am spending at least one (possibly two) months in Denmark this summer and would like to rent out my Viennese room in the meantime. The place is fully furnished, though of course I will clean out my closet and make some space for your personal belongings. The appartement has a bathtub, two balconies and is located in a very central area, approximately 20 mins away from everything. I will also leave my bike in the courtyard which you can use to get around town.
There are four more people living in the flat, they study Fine Arts, Philosophy, Linguistics and Social Work. Most of them might also be out of town/renting their rooms to friends in the summer time so there will be the possibility to meet a lot of people, which can be great if you are new to the city.
Since I am leaving most of my belongings in the room I am ready to give the room away for cheaper, which is why I only put the usual rent in the description here. For me it’s most important to find somebody trustworthy who will water the plants, so the price is certainly discussable.
(Right now my flatmate Maya is currently also looking for somebody to rent her room for July or longer, so if you are looking to move with a friend do let me know!)
