Hey there,
We are looking for a new flatmate in our wonderful 4-person shared flat from September on.
From 15th February we have a 19 m² room free. The rent is €520/month including utilities (starting with March). The room will be equipped with a couch and a bed (140 cm).
We have a very spacious apartment with a total area of 170 m². We have a fully equipped kitchen (incl. dishwasher, etc.) with a semi-connected storeroom and a directly adjacent living room, where we often spend our time together.
There is a shower with bathtub as well as 2 separate toilets, so that the morning routine has worked well so far - even with 4 people. We also have a washing machine and plenty of space to hang our laundry.
If you have a bike, feel free to hang it in our entrance area.
The location is also very nice.

Benjamin (22), Thomas (23) and Vicente (24) currently live here. Ben is currently in the last year of his bachelor in Technical Physics and is looking for a place to study abroad for his master's degree. Thomas has already completed his studies in business law and is about to start his doctorate soon. Vinz is originally from Chile and joined our WG in September 2022, using this website. He's a master's student in Computer Science and is highly motivated to improve his German skills. Sounds pretty nerdy? Don't worry, we are actually quite sociable!
Benjamin usually goes to the gym about 3 times a week and would be excited about a new gym buddy! Thomas used to participate in track & field competitions until his exchange semester in Belgium last fall, but he’s still doing his morning laps in Prater. Sometimes when it's warmer outside we like to play basketball together in a park nearby or maybe even cycle to Donauinsel to go swimming or play some volleyball.
From time to time we also like to come together in the evening to play Catan, Exploding Kittens or Magic and spend a relaxing evening among ourselves or with friends. Also, all of us like to go out to party on weekends. If you know how to cook you can easily make a good impression with Ben and Thomas who are rather minimalistic chefs. Vinz, on the other hand, considers himself an All-Star cook.
All 3 of us are quite tidy and like to keep the common areas clean. There is a cleaning schedule that all of us follow, but it is not at all as strict as it might sound. As long as you are mindful of others you'll be fine!
Come as you are!
All 3 of us are very open to new things and would be happy to welcome you in our flat. It's important to us that you don't just lock yourself in your room and that you can be persuaded to join us for activities from time to time - even if it's just chatting, drinking beer, or playing a round of cards in the evening.
Exchange students welcome:
All three of us have experienced living abroad at some point during our studies and are therefore open to any culture. We all know what it's like to be a foreigner in a country who has to rely on the support of others. If you are new to Vienna, we will be happy to show you around :)
