Vermietet wird ein gemütlich eingerichtetes 24m² Zimmer mit zwei großen Fenstern in einer 3er WG, da ich (Vermieterin des Zimmers) für ein Semester im Ausland studieren werde. Das Zimmer ist ausgestattet mit einem 140cm breiten Bett, einer Couch, Lesesessel, Schreibtisch mit Sessel, Kallax-Regal als Stauraum, sowie einem Kleiderschrank.
Die Wohnung generell hat noch eine gut ausgestattete Küche, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche + Waschmaschine und ein getrenntes Klo. Es gibt im Haus einen Lift, die Wohnung befindet sich aber im ersten Stock.
English Version:
Up for rent is a comfortably furnished 24m² room with two large windows in a 3-person shared apartment, as I (inhabitant of the room) will be studying abroad for a semester. The room is equipped with a 140cm wide bed, a couch, reading chair, desk + chair, Kallax shelf as storage space, and a wardrobe.
The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower + washing machine and a separate toilet. There is an elevator in the house, but the apartment is only on the first floor.
Innerhalb von 5 Gehminuten können drei verschiedene Straßenbahnen und ein Bus erreicht werden. In unter 10 Minuten kommt man zu Fuß auch zum Hauptbahnhof. Die Wohnung liegt in einem sehr netten Viertel mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auf der anderen Seite des Gebäudes ist auch ein süßer Park. Man kann zu Fuß auch sehr viele Restaurants erreichen, zur Innenstadt (Stephansplatz) sind es mit den Öffis circa 15 Minuten. Die Straße ist im Vergleich zur zentralen Lage nicht sehr laut. Für Sportfans gibt es auch in 10-15 Gehminuten 3 verschieden Gyms und im Park sind Calisthenics-Geräte, ein Basketballplatz und Tischtennis-Tische vorhanden.
Three different trams and a bus can be reached within a 5-minute walk. You can also walk to the main train station in under 10 minutes. The apartment is in a very nice neighborhood with lots of shopping opportunities and there is also a cute park on the other side of the building. You can also reach many restaurants on foot, and it takes about 15 minutes to get to the city center (Stephansplatz) by public transport. The street is not very noisy considering the central location. For sports freaks, there are 3 different gyms within a 10-15 minute walk and the park has calisthenics equipment, a basketball court and ping-pong tables.
Unsere WG ist grundsätzlich keine Zweck-WG, also würden sich die beiden Mädels natürlich über eine entstehende Freundschaft freuen. Das Zimmer ist aber groß genug, dass man auch sehr gut auf Abstand gehen kann, sollte man diesen wollen/benötigen. Wir kochen sehr gerne zusammen oder essen zumindest gemeinsam zu Abend. Filmeabende oder gemeinsame Girl-Night-Outs stehen auch oft auf dem Programm. Natürlich muss man an all diesen Dingen nicht teilhaben, solange das Zusammenleben trotzdem harmonisch gestaltet werden kann.
Das Putzen der Wohnung wird auch zusammen erledigt (bzw. sollten zumindest einmal alle 1-2 Wochen alle Gemeinschafts-Räumlichkeiten sauber sein).
Our apartment is used to living WITH each other more so than NEXT to eacht other, so the two remaining girls would of course be happy about a new friendship. However, the room is big enough that you can keep your distance if you want/need it. We really enjoy cooking together or at least having dinner together. Movie nights or nights out are also often on the agenda. Of course, you don't have to take part in any of these things as long as we can still live together harmoniously.
Cleaning the apartment is also done together (all common areas should be cleaned at least once every 1-2 weeks).
Gesucht wird eine offene, freundliche Person, die ihren Chores auch nachkommt. Wir sind sehr inclusive, also racism, homophobia oder ähnliches ist hier nicht willkommen. Wir sind Studentinnen, aber das ist natürlich keine Voraussetzung für dich haha. Die bevorzugte Sprache im Haushalt ist Englisch (auch wenn alle Deutsch sprechen), da eine der Girls aus Tschechien kommt.
We are looking for an open, friendly person who is reliable when it comes to chores. We are very inclusive, so racism, homophobia or anything similar is not welcome here. We are all students, but of course that is not a requirement for you haha. The preferred language in the household is English (even though everyone speaks German) because one of the girls is from the Czech Republic.
