Das Zimmer ist 25m² groß und durch die beiden Fenster sehr hell. Möbel bleiben drinnen (deshalb die Kaution), meinen persönlichen Kram räum ich aber natürlich raus damit du viel Platz hast um dich auszubreiten.

The room is 25m² and very bright thanks to the two windows. The furniture stays inside (hence the deposit), but I'll of course clear out my personal belongings so you have plenty of space to spread out.

Die Wohnung ist im 4. Bezirk zwischen dem Drasche Park und dem Hauptbahnhof.
13A Bus fährt direkt vor der Haustür
18er, 1er, O, D Bim sind in 5 - 7 Gehminuten zu erreichen
Badnerbahn - 5min zu Fuß
Züge und S Bahnen - 10 Gehminuten

Billa, Bipa, Hofa, Spar, Kebabstände und Kaffees sind agch direkt um die Ecke. Haben auch ein süßes Kaffee in unserem Wohnhaus (Pistazienkuchen ist seeehr zu empfehlen)

The apartment is located in the 4th district, between Drasche Park and the main train station.
The 13A bus stops right outside the front door.
The 18, 1, O, and D trams are a 5-7 minute walk away.

Badnerbahn (train) - 5-minute walk.

Trains and S-Bahn (suburban railway) - 10 minutes walk.

Billa, Bipa, Hofa, Spar, kebab stands, and coffee shops are also right around the corner. We also have a sweet coffee shop in our building (the pistachio cake is highly recommended).

Wir sind alles sehr gechillt drauf.
Du wohnst für das halbe Jahr mit zwei sehr lieben und ordentlichen Mädels zusammen:
- Lena studiert Lehramt auf Ethik und Mathe und ist sehr am husteln aber immer down für trash TV Abende und richtig gute deep talk sessions im Innenhof oder auf ihrer großen Couch. Super liebe Maus und unsere WG mama die den putzplan immer gut im Auge hat, aber auch bereit ist mal das ein oder andere Äugchen zuzudrücken

- Sophie studiert Lehramt auf Ethik und Englisch und ist eine sehr sehr coole Socke. Ist bei nem Glaserl Wein gerne dabei und super hilfsbereit. Sie ist auch erst neu in die Wg gekommen und hat neuen Schwung mit eingebracht.

Wir haben einen recht offenen und familiären Umgang miteinander, respektieren aber auch die Privatsphäre der einzelnen. Wichtig ist uns vor allem OFFENE KOMMUNIKATION und dass die Wohnung für alle ein safespace zum Wohlfühlen ist.

We're all very relaxed.

You'll be living with two very sweet and tidy girls for half a year:
- Lena is studying to become a teacher in ethics and math and is very busy, but always down for trashy TV nights and really good deep talk sessions in the courtyard or on her big couch. She's a really sweet girl and our flatmate's mom.

- Sophie is studying to become a teacher in ethics and English and is a very, very cool girl. She's happy to join us for a glass of wine and is super helpful. She's also a recent addition to the shared apartment and has brought a new lease of life.

We have a very open and friendly relationship with each other, but we also respect each other's privacy. OPEN COMMUNICATION is especially important to us, and the apartment is a safe space where everyone feels comfortable.
