Das Zimmer ist mit 25 m² das größte Zimmer der WG und in Richtung Westen ausgerichtet. Die zwei großen Fenster in Richtung Wiedner Hauptstraße belichten das Zimmer ganztägig und lassen viel Sonne reinscheinen. Trotzdem bleibt es auch im Sommer angenehm kühl im Zimmer.
Die Möbel im Zimmer würde ich bei Auszug mitnehmen. Es werden aber ein 1,40m breites Bett, eine Coach, ein Regal und ein Schreibtisch für die Zwischenmiete hineinkommen.

The room is with 25 m² the largest room of the shared flat and oriented towards the west. The two large windows facing Wiedner Hauptstraße provide the room with light all day long and let a lot of sun shine in. Nevertheless, it remains pleasantly cool in the room even in summer.
Die Wohnung liegt im Zentrum von Wien, im 4. Bezirk und ist optimal an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz angeschlossen. In 2 Minuten bist du bei der Straßenbahn 1, 62 und Badner Bahn. In 5 Minuten bei der U1 Station Taubstummengasse und in 10 Minuten bei der U-Bahn-Station Karlsplatz (U1, U2, U4). 7 Gehminuten entfernt liegt die Busstation 13 A.
Durch diese Anbindungen sind alle wichtigen Universitäten perfekt erreichbar - die TU Wien sogar fußläufig.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Wiedner Hauptstraße, wo sich auch viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten finden lassen und somit sind auch Märkte des täglichen Bedarfs in 3 Minuten erreichbar.

The apartment is located in the center of Vienna, in the 4th district and is optimally connected to the public transport network. In 2 minutes you are at the tramstation 1, 62 and Badner Bahn. In 5 minutes at the U1 station Taubstummengasse and in 10 minutes at the subway station Karlsplatz (U1, U2, U4). 7 minutes walk away is the bus station 13 A.
Due to these connections, all important universities are perfectly reachable - the TU Wien even within walking distance.
The apartment is located directly on the Wiedner Hauptstraße, where you can also find many shopping opportunities and therefore markets of daily needs are also accessible in 3 minutes.
Aktuell leben in der WG Wael (30) und Annina (25), die gerade ihr Architektur-Praktikum in Wien macht. Ab Juli würde dann Kolja (27) wieder in das derzeit von Annina belegte Zimmer ziehen und den Sommer hier in Wien verbringen.
Grundsätzlich haben wir alle einen sehr liebevollen Umgang miteinander und treffen uns auch gerne in einem der drei Zimmer zum Plaudern und Tee trinken (gerne auch mal zum Bier trinken). Auch für Spaßaktivitäten sind Wael, Kolja und Annina immer gerne zu haben!

Currently, Wael (30) and Annina (25), who is currently doing her architecture internship in Vienna, live in the shared apartment. From July, Kolja (27) would then move back into the room currently occupied by Annina and spend the summer here in Vienna.
Basically, we all have a very affectionate relationship with each other and also like to meet in one of the three rooms to chat and drink tea (with pleasure also sometimes to drink beer). Wael, Kolja and Annina are also always happy for fun activities!
Da Kolja und Annina aktuell nicht in der Wohnung sind würden wir uns über ein virtuelles Kennenlernen freuen. Gerne können aber auch Wael und ich (Vicky) in der Wiedner Haupstraße besucht werden und sich ein Bild von der Wohnung gemacht werden.

Since Kolja and Annina are currently not in the apartment we would be happy about a virtual meeting. However, Wael and I (Vicky) can also be visited in Wiedner Haupstraße, where you can get a feeling for the apartment.
