Die Wohnung befindet sich am Margaretenplatz, einen Katzensprung vom Filmcasino und dem Café Propeller entfernt. Da wir direkt an der Margartenstraße wohnen, sind diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, eine Bäckerei und eine Apotheke sehr nah. Die Anbindung ist super, 13A, 59A, 14A, 12A, U4 sind alle nur ein Paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt

The apartment is located at Margaretenplatz, very close to the Filmcasino and Café Propeller. Grocery stores, a pharmacy and bakeries are also close by. There are many options for public transport very close to the apartment: 13A, 12A, 14A, 59A, U4.

Ilinca (sie/ihr, 30, in Bildungskarenz, 100% success rate in Therapeut*innen zum Lachen bringen) und Anna (sie/ihr, 28, queer, im künstlerischen Bereich tätig) - wohnen bereits seit 5 Jahren zusammen in unterschiedlichen WG-Konstellationen. Vor 2 Jahren hatten wir das Glück, diese wunderschöne Wohnung gefunden zu haben und jetzt, da ich für 2 Jahre in eine andere Stadt ziehe, suchen wir eine neue Person, mit der wir all ihre Vorzüge teilen können :)

Es ist uns wichtig, dass sich unser Zusammenwohnen wie ein Zuhause anfühlt. Das heißt, wir freuen uns immer über gemeinsame Aktivitäten, ob es das gemeinsames Kochen zu Hause ist, am Balkon den Abend ausklingen lassen oder mit Patschen ins Filmcasino gehen.

Gleichzeitig bedeutet das auch, sich mit Eigenverantwortung in die WG einzubringen, sowohl organisatorisch (Putzen, Pflanzen gießen, allgemeine Instandhaltung), als auch persönlich (Emotional Support, offene Kommunikation). Wir sind es gewohnt, offen über unsere Bedürfnisse zu sprechen und gemeinsam Lösungen zu finden.

Kurz gesagt: die Wohnung ist perfekt für dich, wenn du, wie wir, die Parties lieber in den WGs anderer Leute feierst, ein Zuhause als Rückzugsort suchst und ein großes Herz für Pflanzen hast 🙂

Ilinca (she/her, 30, on educational leave, with a 100% success rate in making her therapists laugh) and Anna (she/her, 28, queer, working in the artistic field) - have been living together for 5 years in various flat-sharing arrangements. Two years ago, we were fortunate enough to find this beautiful apartment, and now we are looking for a new person to share its benefits with :)

It is important to us that our living arrangement feels like a home. That means we always enjoy engaging in activities together, whether it's cooking at home, spending evenings on the balcony, or going to the Filmcasino in slippers.

At the same time, it also means contributing to the shared apartment with a sense of responsibility, both in terms of organization (cleaning, watering plants, general maintenance) and personally (emotional support, open communication). We are accustomed to openly discussing our needs and finding solutions together.

In short, the apartment is perfect for you if, like us, you prefer to celebrate parties in other people's apartments, if you are looking for a home as a retreat, and if you have a big heart for plants :)

Ich würde gerne das Zimmer für 2 Jahre ab Oktober vermieten, bin aber offen, den Zeitraum an die Bedürfnisse anzupassen. Die 1000€ Kaution beziehen sich sowohl auf die Wohnung, als auch auf die Möbel im Zimmer. Für die Miete und die Betriebskosten können wir keine Garantie übernehmen, da sich diese an die Gegebenheiten anpassen (Inflation, Gaspreise).

Besichtigungen sind ab August möglich.

I would like to rent the room for 2 years from October on but am open to adjust the period to the needs. The 1000€ deposit refers to both the apartment and the furniture in the room. We cannot guarantee for the rent and the operating costs, as these adjust to the circumstances (inflation, gas prices).

Viewings are possible from August.
