Gleich gegenüber dem Haus des Meeres liegt das 25m² große Altbau-Zimmer. Die Lage ist unschlagbar und gehört sicher zu den besten in Wien. Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und teilmöbliert (Bett, Tisch, Kleiderkasten).

Angrenzend ist das große Wohnzimmer mit Parkettboden, einem großen Tisch und Bücherregalen. Hier können gern Leute zum Essen eingeladen werden. Es ist auch eine Sofaecke mit Beamer vorhanden, alles ist sehr gemütlich und fügt sich schön in die sehr gut renovierte Altbau Wohnung ein. Selbstverständlich gibt es eine moderne Küche, Bad mit Waschmaschine und Walk-in-Dusche.
Der Innenhof ist schön begrünt und man kann im Sommer gut draußen sitzen, lesen, chillen, essen etc..

For the month of September:

We are offering one large room in our three-people flat in the 6th district in Vienna. The location is unbeatable and certainly one of the best in Vienna. Directly opposite the Haus des Meeres is the 25m ² Altbau room. It is very bright and partly furnished (bed, wardrobe, table and couch).

Adjacent is the huge living room with parquet flooring, a large table and bookshelves. There is also a cozy sofa corner with a projector. Everything fits nicely into the very well renovated old apartment. Of course there is a modern kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and a walk in shower.
The courtyard is nice and green and invites for chilling there in summer.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral im 6ten Bezirk, gleich beim Haus des Meeres. Die Mariahilfer Straße und die U3 Station Neubaugasse sind 3 Mins entfernt.

Die Buslinien 13A, 14A und 57A können innerhalb einer Minute zu Fuß erreicht werden. In der Gegend gibt es großartige Lokale und Bars, Supermärkte und Geschäfte sind in der Mariahilfer Straße gleich zu erreichen.

The apartment is centrally located in the 6th district, next to the Haus des Meeres. The Mariahilfer Straße and the U3 station Neubaugasse are 3 mins away.

The bus lines 13A, 14A and 57A can be reached within a minute on foot. In the area you'll find great places to eat and bars, supermarkets and shops can be reached on Mariahilfer Straße.

Wir, Moritz 27 (DE), und Konsti 26 (DE), sind beide Studenten, sehr entspannt und mögen die gute Atmosphäre die wir in der Wohnung haben, so wie ein gepflegtes Bier alle paar Zeiten. Ordnung und Sauberkeit ist uns sehr wichtig.

Wir schätzen unsere riesige Wohnung sehr und wünschen uns jemanden verantwortungsvollen, der in einem schönen Altbau in Spitzen Lage leben möchte. Alles andere gerne beim Kennenlernen! ;)

We, Cornelius 29 (DE), and Laura 29 (AT) are both students, very relaxed and like the good atmosphere we have in the apartment, as well as a good beer every few occasions. We appreciate cleanliness and order.

We really appreciate our apartment and wish for someone responsible, who wants to live in a beautiful old building in a prime location. Everything else when we get to know each other! ;)
