The beautiful old building room is free with February. It has 25 m2 and two large windows. The two other Wg rooms are equally large with 2 windows, in addition we have a large living room and Wc and bathroom are separated. The room is handed over unfurnished and you can set it up according to your ideas. :
In rent everything is included, wlan, electricity, gas etc.
The location is perfect. (: The U4 Margaret Belt is about 6 min walk, the Bims 6 and 18 also hold here. To the Westbahnhof 14 min and to the U6 Gumpendorfer Straße about 8 min walk. Bus 57a is only 2 minutes away. Billa, Spar, Bipa, Pharmacy, Humana, Restaurants.. in 5 min radius. Mariahilfer Straße is also very close with about 10 min.
You share the Wg with Lisa and Anna.
Both are superlove, 24 years old, come from Salzburg Land and have lived in Vienna for 4 and 5 years.
We have a cleaning plan and share these tasks as well as cleaning agents, toilet paper..
Lisa is an educator and will soon be considering studying the Volksschullehramt.
She likes yoga, the location is also perfect, there are many yoga studios nearby. : She also likes to go secondhand shops and also likes to go on weekends. She likes techno, wine and Berlin air, room plants, matcha, backpacking and eats vegan.
Anna studies process engineering at the TU and works alongside each other at different concerts/festivals. If she doesn't have to learn, she likes to meet with friends or relax at home. She's going to have a drink at the weekend and make a party. She also likes movies, travels, coffee, techno, wine and good food :)
We would be happy if we understood well with you and always do something together, whether a cozy evening, sports, cooking or going on. :
