Das Zimmer ist sehr groß (30m²) und hell. Teilmöbliert (je nachdem was du brauchst, Sofa, Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch wäre alles verfügbar).
Die Wohnung ist eine tolle, große, typisch Wiener Altbauwohnung, quasi direkt auf der Mariahilfer Straße. Durch die Lage in einer Seitengasse im 4ten Stock ist es trotzdem nicht laut in der Wohnung.
(es gibt auch ein Piano, falls du spielst)
Durch die Lage direkt auf der Mariahilfer Straße ist nichts weit entfernt. Supermärkte (Hofer, Billa, Spar, Lidl), Restaurants, Bars wie auch Fast Food oder andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind alle sofort zu Fuß erreichbar. Die U-Bahn-Station Zieglergasse (U3) ist direkt vor der Tür, somit sind auch die Unis super zu erreichen. (Uni Wien 15 Minuten, WU ca. 25). Der 7te Bezirk ist ein schöner und netter Bezirk und es findet sich immer etwas zu tun.
Derzeit lebe ich alleine in der Wohnung, da meine letzte Mitbewohnerin Anfang Februar spontan zurück nach Hause musste. Wir hatten ein sehr angenehmes WG Leben, sind oft gemeinsam abgehangen und haben immer viel zusammen erlebt.
Ich bin berufstätig und arbeite unter der Woche recht viel. Das Wochenende ist eigentlich immer voll mit fun stuff, ob Bar oder Club, Museum oder Radfahren, Donauinsel etc. Es ist immer was los und ich hab auch ganz gerne Gäste in der Wohnung.
Allerdings bin ich auch ganz gerne zuhause und auch durch meinen Job unter der Woche gerne einfach zuhause zum chillen. Ich habe immer in WGs gewohnt und genieße es einfach mit anderen Personen zusammenzuleben, gemeinsam Dinge zu unternehmen und habe schon einige tolle Freundschaften in Mitbewohner/innen gefunden.
Ich suche jetzt jemanden der/die bis Sommer bleiben möchte, da ich dann evtl auch ausziehen werde.

The room is located in a gorgeous old viennese appartment building, on the fourth floor.
Location is fantastic, in the heart of the 7th district next to a main shopping street with shops, supermarkets, restaurants etc. just a minute away. The metro is also right outside, so you're quickly in the center, the Universities, basically everywhere.
I am living on my own currently because my former roommate left end January because she had to go back home. I am 31 years old and work full time. On the weekends I always have plans, from cycling to bars and clubs, museums to going swimming at the river. I also enjoy to have people over on weekends and there is always something fun to do!
I am looking for someone to live with and do things together. I have always lived in shared flats and I just genuinely enjoy meeting cool people and having a nice life in the shared appartment.
