Hallo an alle die sich für unsere schöne Wohnung interessieren!
in der WGwird ab Februar ein tolles, perfekt geschnittenes 10m2 Zimmer frei
Es wirkt viel größer als man denken würde, das wird auch durch die großen Fenster begünstigt.
Die Wohnung ist generell sehr schön: Sie ist vor unserem Einzug komplett nue renoviert worden, mit wunderschönem Holzfußboden, neuer Einbauküche und sehr schönem Badezimmer. Die Wohnung ist südöstlich gelegen und deshalb bekommen wir immer gutes Licht. Das gößte Plus ist jedoch, dass die gesamte Wohnung auf einen Innenhof mit Bäumen hinausgeht, so haben wir es immer schön ruhig und schauen noch dazu in Grüne.
Eine Besonderheit an der Wohnung ist, dass es ein sehr großes Zimmer gibt für das wir uns etwas ausgedacht haben: Das es so groß ist haben wir es in der Mitte mit einem Vorhang getrennt und der hintere Teil ist Pivatzimmer, der vordere Teil ist allgemeines Wohnzimmer :)

Hello everyone!
there will be a really nice an cozy room form frebuary, the room seems much bigger than it is.
The flat is really nice: It has been newly renovated before we moved in, with a woodenfloor, a new kitchen and a really nice bathroom. The apartment is very bright because of the big windows. The best about the flat comes now: all the Windows look to a very qiet patio wit trees, so we also can look at something green.
There is a really big room too, so we decidetd to split it in half with a curtain and the first half of the room is the living room, the other half is a privet room. :)
Die Lage der Wohnung könnte nicht besser sein:
Wir sind im Herzen des 8ten Bezirks mit vielen Einkaufmöglichkeiten, Öffis und direkter Uni-nähe.
Der 13A Bus ist gerademal 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, 2er, 33er und 5er sind 5 Muniten weg, so auch die 46er Bim. Wir liegen außerdem genau zwischen U6 und U2 - beide 10 Minuten zu Fuß.
Außerdem ist auch der nächste Billa und ein Spar nur 2 Minuten weg, größerer Biller und Hofer nur 8 Minuten. Die Neubaugasse ist auch driekt um Eck - zum shoppen gehen :)
Dann gibt es noch ganz viele nette, kleine Bäckereien, Cafes, Resturants und auch ganz tolle fortgehmöglichkeiten in unserer unmittelbaren Nähe.
The location couldn`t be better:
We are located in the heart of the 8th distrikt with a bunch of opotinuties to go shopping, a lots of public transports close to us and the flat is also really close to the university.
Wir - Amira, Jullia und Valentina (+Finja&Mo) suchen nette Mitbewohnies :)
Ich bin Amira, 21 und freue mich schon auf meine neuen Mitbewohnies und das neue Leben in der WG. Ich studiere Bildungswissenschaften und arbeite nebenbei als Kindergartenpädagogin. Auch wenn das im Moment nicht geht, gehe ich gerne fort und mache das Nachtleben in Wien unsicher. Im Lochdown habe ich endeckt, dass in mir doch irgendwo eine kreative Ader geschlummert
hat und ich habe es tatsächlich schon geschafft mein eigenes Regal zu bauen - mal schauen was mir noch alles einfällt. Außerdem habe ich großen Spaß daran, Dinge zu dekorien.
Ich wünsche mir eine Familiäre WG in der man gerne Zeit verbringt - miteinander Kocht, Spiele - film - Pizzaabende miteinander verbringt und veilleicht auch mal Wandern geht.
Außerdem gehören zu mir noch meine zwei Katzen - Finja und Mo. Sie sind aktuell 8 Monate alt uns sehr verspielt - sie freuen nich natürlich wenn du Tiere gerne hast :)
Ab Februar wird dann auch Julia einziehen, sie ist 22, Studiert im Master und spricht vor allem Englisch.
Im Moment wohnt bis März auch noch Flora in der WG. Sie wird Ende Februar ausziehen und ab Anfang März wird dann Valentina in ihr Zimmer einziehen. Sie ist auch Studentin.
Damit das WG-Leben schön wird und auch belibt haben wir uns überlegt alle zwei Wochen einen fixen Tag für ein Plenum zu reservieren, damit es einen Raum gibt um über alles zu sprechen, was die Menschen die in der WG leben und das Zusammenkeben bewegt, ob das nun was schönes oder unschönes sein mag :)

We - thats Amira, Julia and Valentina (+Finja&Mo) are searching for new flatmates.
I`m Amira, 21 and im really looking forwart to meet my new flatmates :)
I`m studiyng Educational sciences and besides that i`m working as a kindergarten teacher. I really enjoy to go to parties eventhough its not possible at the moment. In lockdown i discoverd that there was still some creativity sleeping inside of me and i alredy bulit my own shelfs - we will see whats my next idea. Besides that i really like to dekorate things.
I wish for a familiy like falt comunity where everyone likes to spend time with each other.
There`s also my two cats - Finja and Mo. They are currently 7 months old and really playful - they would enjoy if theres more people who are pet friendly. :)
From febuary there will be Julia too, she is 22, a studend and she speaks mainly english.
right now there is also Flora in the flat. She is 24 and she will be moving out at te end of february. Valentina will be moving in her room. She is also a student.
to keep the peace at the flat we decided to pick a day every two weeks where we come together and talk - so there is some space to comunicate about the not so nice things in the shared falt.
Weil Flora aus der Hauptmiete aussteigt und Amira diese nicht ganz alleine übernehmen möchte suchen wir auch Menschen, die für eine Mitübernahme der Hauptmiete bereit wären. Bitte schreib uns also, ob du dazu bereit wärst - das ist allerdings kein Entscheidungsgrund weil eh so viele Zimmer frei werden.
Bei uns in der WG ist kein Platz für Rasissmus, Sexismus, Homophomie oder jegliche Art der Diskiminierung.
P.S.: Wenn du irgendeine Form der Beeinträchtigung hast, aber keinen Rollstuhl brauchst bist du natürlich sehr wolkommen bei uns - unser Lift ist nur leider zu klein für Rollstühle.

We are also searcing for someone hwo would like to sing the contract for the main rent because Flora is leaving the contract and Amira dosen`t want to have all the responsibility by her own. So if this would be an option for you - please let us know (eventhoug its not a reason to decide for or against you)
There is no space for rasism, sexism, homophobia or any kind of discrimination in our flat.
P.S.: If you disabeld in any way but don`t need a wheelchair - you are very welcome. The only problem ist, taht our elevator is too small for wheelchairs.
