Da meine Mitbewohnerin ein Auslandssemester macht, suche ich ab Februar einen Zwischenmieter bis Ende Juni für meine ca. 80qm Maisonette Wohnung im 8. Bezirk. Die Wohnung befindet sich zwischen 2 Innenhöfen und ist sehr ruhig. Auf beiden Seiten der Wohnung sind und sie ist auch sehr gut durch natürliches Licht erhellt.
Since my roommate is doing a semester abroad, I am looking for a roommate from February until the end of June- The apartment is 80sqm in the 8th district of Vienna. It is located between 2 courtyards and very quiet. There are windows on both sides of the apartment, and it has natural light.
Du würdest in das (am Grundriss linke) Zimmer mit 10,5qm im oberen Stock einziehen.
Wir haben auch eine 8qm Terrasse, für die ich letzten Sommer Möbel gekauft habe und Rollrasen verlegt habe. (Richtig cool für schöne Sommerabende :)
Der Wohnungseingang befindet sich im 4. Stock und wir haben einen großen Lift, mit dem wir bis jetzt alle Möbel problemlos transportieren konnten (Couch, Schreibtisch, Tisch… alles keine Schlepperei)
Der Eingang ist genau 3m vom Billa Eingang und 2 Gehminuten von einem Hofer entfernt, man muss sich also keine Gedanken über den Einkauf machen.
3 Gehminuten zu: U6, Straßenbahn 2, Straßenbahn 5, Straßenbahn 33, Straßenbahn 46
Dein Zimmer kommt möbliert mit einem Bett und 2 Kästen, falls du diese jedoch nicht willst, räume ich sie vor deinem Einziehen noch in das Kellerabteil.
Wie man das aus dem 8. Bezirk kennt, sind in der Nähe einige Restaurants, Bars, Clubs und alles was man persönlich braucht von: dm, Apotheke, Friseur, Elektroladen etc..

You would move into the room (left on the floor plan) with 10,5 m2 on the upper floor.
We also have an 8m2 terrace, with furniture and laid out green. (Really cool for nice summer evenings :)
The entrance to the apartment is on the 4th floor but we have a big elevator, so everything is easy to transport. We haven’t had any problems so far (couch, desk, table... all no lugging).
The entrance is 3m from a grocery store and 2 minutes’ walk from a discounter, so no need to worry about shopping.
Public transport: 3 minutes’ walk to: U6, 2, 5, 33, 46
Your room comes furnished with a bed and 2 wardrobes, but if you don't want them, I ca move them into the basement before your arrival.
The 8th district is really known for its restaurants, bars and clubs. You basically live in the old center of Vienna, it’s a treasure. You also have everything for your personally needs really close: dm, pharmacy, hairdresser, electric store....
Ich selbst bin ein 24-jähriger männlicher Wirtschaft Student und werde mich die nächsten Monate hauptsächlich auf die Uni fokussieren. Selbst lade ich nicht wirklich oft Gäste ein, aber ich habe kein Problem damit, wenn du es tust, da ich gerne Leute kennenlerne. Außerdem befindet sich das Wohnzimmer ja auf einem anderen Stock wie die Schlafzimmer, falls man mal seine Ruhe haben will.
I myself am a 24-year-old male business student at WU and will be mainly focusing on university for the next few months. I don't really invite many guests myself, but I don't have a problem if you do, as I always like to meet new people. Besides, the living room is on a different floor than the bedrooms, so one can always have some peace and metime.
