A beautiful, very large (26sqm) room with a beautiful old wooden table, 160x200cm bed and green velvet couch. In addition, closet and chest of drawers, which I will completely clear for your things:) The room gets sun in the afternoon and faces the campus. So it's very quiet and doesn't heat up, which is really nice.
There is also a bright kitchen with a window to the courtyard and a newly renovated bathroom.

Ein wunderschönes wirkkich sehr großes (26qm) Zimmer mit schönem alten Holztisch, 160x200cm Bett und grüner Samtcoach. Außerdem Kleiderschrank und Kommode, die ich komplett für deine Sachen freiräumen werde:) Das Zimmer bekommt Nachmittags Sonne und ist in Richtung des Campus. Also sehr ruhig und es heizt sich nicht auf, was wirklich angenehm ist.
Es gibt außerdem eine helle Küche mit Fenster zum Innenhof und ein frisch saniertes Bad.
The location couldn't be better. It's only a 10 minute walk to the main university and 2 to the campus. There is also a tram stop right outside the door with 5 different tramways. Right next door is the best Ethiopian restaurant in town and a bar that is always full of young people. In general, there are many different bars, restaurants, the Votiv Park and a super cute arthouse cinema just around the corner. Supermarkets and drugstores are also not far away and there are several second-hand stores such as Humana. Also there is a small Asian market. I've really never lived in such a central location with so many things on the doorstep! :)
Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Es sind nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß zur Hauptuniversität und 2 zum Campus. Außerdem gibt es eine Straßenanhn Haltestelle direkt vor der Tür mit 5 verschiedenen Straßenbahnen. Direkt neben an ist das beste äthiopische Restaurant der Stadt und eine Bar, in der immer viele junge Leute zusammenkommen. Generell gibt es innerhalb von 5 Gehminuten viele verschiedene Bars, Restaurants, den Voriv Park und ein super süßes Programmkino direkt ums Eck. Supermärkte und Drogeriemarkt ist auch nicht weit und mehrere Secondhandläden zb Humana und ein kleiner Asiamarkt. Ich hab wirklich noch nie so zentral gelebt mit so vielen Angeboten vor der Tür! :)
It is a shared flat for 2 people. Amelie (26), who is in Vienna for a research stay, lives in the other room. She likes to cook and does a lot of sport. As she is only there for a short time and doesn't know anyone in Vienna, she would be happy if you could explore the city together or just sit at home with a glass of wine.

Es ist eine 2er WG. Im anderen Zimmer wohnt die super liebe Amelie (26), die für einen Forschungsaufenthalt in Wien ist. Sie kocht gerne und macht viel Sport. Da sie selbst nur für einen kurzen Zeitraum da ist und in Wien niemanden kennt, würde sie sich freuen, wenn ihr gemeinsam die Stadt erkundet oder auch nur mal zu Hause mit einem Glas Wein zusammensitzt.
