🌞 time and price flexible 🌞
Since I‘ll be travelling in Europe this summer, i decided to sublet my spacious and bright room in our big altbau flat during july-august. I’ve got 3 cabinets where i can make as much room as you need for your own stuff. I’ve also got a desk that you can use to work but we also have a big table in our kitchen that you can use for that as well :) Since the bed is very lightweight you can also feel free to play a bit aroung with the arrangement of the furniture, i really don’t mind if you change some things, I want you to really feel comfortable in my room!
I’ve got some books, wool, brushes and colours which I’d also share with you in case you might need any of that.
My room is located right next to the bathroom and the kitchen, so it’s mostly quiet when theres people in the living room.
In our living room, we got even more books in english, german and french + lots of board games that you are free to use as well :)
If you want to bring your bike you can hang it in our entrance room or place it in our inner courtyard.
We also have a big storage room where you can also hide some things, depending on the luggage that you have.
I pay 660€ monthly for my room with everything included, but if thats too much for you, no worry you can still text me and I‘m sure we‘ll find a price that works for both of us :)
The room will be free in the months of july-end of august, however if you‘re here for shortterm we can also figure a specific date out.
The location could not be better! 🤩 Our flat is located right next to Alser Straße which is directly next to the U6 that goes directly to the danube so perfect for summer :) the U6 is also connected to westbahnhof, from which you can easily reach basically any point in vienna.
Additionally, from here you can reach the university campus within a 10 minute foot walk (3 minutes by bike) and its a 20 min foot walk to schottentor (6min by bike).
There is a billa right across the street and we got the the best ramen place takumi right in front of our flat! You’ll also find lots of other restaurants, bars and cafes in iur neigbhourhood - if you need any recommendations feel free to ask me or your future flatmates ;)
You’ll be living with 3 lovely young people! 💛
Antoine (25) and Pierre (28) are a couple that are originally from France. Antoine is currently doing a PhD in microbiology and pierre is doing research in the fields of experimental physics and chemistry. Both of them are the most vibrant, warm-hearted, funny and clever people that I have met in my life so theres no way of not having a good time with them!
They love nature, hiking, playing board games, doing yoga together or having a movie night in our living room! They are very active in general and like to spend time with our people but since they’re also working during their day or spending some weekends home in france or doing a bike trip in the mountains, you’ll also be having some time alone in the flat :)
Together with us is living Nanette (25) who is also currently doing a PhD and just moved to Vienna from the Netherlands a few months ago.
She is very active as well and loves biking on the danube island or in the mountains if shes not currently busy doing experiments in the lab, running, taking her german courses or watching greys anatomy.
You can also have great conversations with her :)
We seek for an open-minded, chill and kind atmosphere in our flat, so if you could imagine spending your summer here feel free to reach out to me 🫶🏼
