Since my roommate spontaneously pulls out his beautiful room will first be rented under;)
The room is very bright, fully furnished and ready to move. king bed, large corner couch with coffee table, electrically height adjustable desk, 2 shelves, 3m wide wardrobe with plenty of storage space and 2 rug windows - all large;)
The ceilings are even for Vienna incredible 3.65m high. This makes the space even larger than it is already.
The room is aligned to a main street, but the new windows do not hear anything about it.
The beautiful old building apartment was completely renovated 4 years ago. stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, shower are new and work perfectly. The kitchen is well equipped.
Also interesting:
- There is also the possibility to rent the room longer than for the specified period (I would just discuss it personally)
- In the courtyard there is a shed in which bicycles can be dry & safely discontinued!
! IMPORTANT!
The apartment is technically in the 18. District (Währing) - as it is directly on the belt and thus on the 9th I've written it like that.
(One crosses the road right in front of the front door and is located in the 9th district)
The location is a true dream!
The U6 station Nußdorferstraße is 100m, numerous tram lines approx. 200m away and various bus connections are also available (but you only need to get to the outskirts of the city to the nature).

In the immediate vicinity of the WG there are many bars, clubs & restaurants (the nearest bar is about 50m away), but also a small shopping street. If you cross the road right in front of the front door you will find yourself in the busy 9th district.
