Die Lage ist das große Schmankerl der Wohnung, unübertrieben. Mitten im zentralen neunten Bezirk gelegen, ca in 10 Minuten zu Fuß von der Hauptuni entfernt. Auch die Schottentor (U2) und Roßauer Lände (U4) sind unter 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der 40A (Boku) und die D-Bim sind in 2 Minuten erreichbar.

Es gibt ein Spar Gourmet in nächster Nähe und auch der Hofer und Sonntagsbilla am Franz-Josephs-Bahnhof sind in ca 10 Minuten Entfernung. In der nächste Straße gibt es dann Post und Bank, DM und Bipa genauso.

The location is the best part of the flat. Located in the central ninth district, with a 10 minute walk from the main university. Also the Schottentor (U2) and Roßauer Lände (U4) are under 10 minutes walk. The 40A (Boku) and the D-Bim are reachabl within 2 minutes.

Bisher wohnen Kira, Sissi und Blay und unsere zwei Katzen, Toulouse und Asti, in der Wohnung.

Kira ist unsere Hauptmieterin, studiert Tiermedizin und arbeitet nebenbei, sie spielt in einer Theatergruppe mit und tanzt in ihrer Freizeit.
Sissi kommt aus Wiener Neustadt und studiert Archäologie. Da sie aber davor eine Ausbildung zur Innenarchitektin absolviert hat, hat sie einen unfehlbaren Geschmack, was die Einrichtung der Wohnung betrifft.
Blay studiert Kunst, kocht ganz hervorragend und gerne und ist just generally a babe.
Toulouse: tobt tagsüber viel durch die Wohnung, stets gelangweilt und deswegen immer zum Spielen bereit verfolgt sie einen häufig auf Schritt und Tritt und schaut einem bei allen täglichen Aktivitäten über die Schulter. Sie mag ausgedehnte Spaziergänge im Park, streunt nachts durch den Innenhof und liebt es, mit Gummiringen zu spielen, die sie ab und zu auch zurückbringt, wenn man sie ihr zuschießt (daran arbeiten wir noch). Asti ist die Ruhe pur, er pennt meistens den ganzen Tag auf einem der Sofas und wird sicher versuchen, die einzureden, dass du ihn füttern sollst.
Wir freuen uns auf dich, auch wenn es nur für ein paar Wochen ist.

So far it's Kira, Sissi and Blay and our little cats, Toulouse and Asti, living in the apartment.

Kira is our main tenant, studies veterinary medicine and works part-time, she plays in a theater group and dances hip hop in her spare time.
Sissi comes from Wiener Neustadt and studies archeology. But since she trained as an interior designer before that, she has impeccable taste when it comes to home decor.
Blay is an art student, he loves to cook and does it amazingly! He also is just generally a babe.
Toulouse: romps around the apartment a lot during the day, always bored and therefore always ready to play. Being very curious, she often looks over your shoulder during your daily activities. She likes going for long walks in the park, roams the courtyard at night, and loves to play with rubber rings, which she occasionally brings back when you shoot them away (we're still working on that skill). Asti ist super chill and loves to hang out on one of the sofas all day. He will probably try and trick you into believing that he should be fed.
