Hallo zusammen! :)
Meine Mitbewohnerin macht ein Auslandspraktikum, daher suche ich für 3-5 Monate eine:n Zwischenmitbewohner:in. Wir sind recht flexibel. Am liebsten wäre uns ab Anfang Februar bis Ende April/Mai oder aber auch Juni.
Zu vergeben ist ein wunderschönes, getrennt begehbares Altbauzimmer (21m2) mit Erker, das voll möbliert ist (Siehe Fotos).
Unsere Wohnung liegt im zweiten Stock und wurde vor unserem Einzug im Oktober 2020 komplett renoviert. Im Hof gibt es einen überdachten Bereich für Fahrräder und die Wohnung ist sehr gut aufgeteilt für eine WG. Alle Zimmer sind getrennt begehbar. Wir haben zwei Kühlschränke und einen Geschirrspüler. Bad und Klo sind separat und sogar die Waschmaschine hat einen eigenen Raum, der an keines der Zimmer angrenzt. Ich habe die zwei kleineren Zimmer, wobei mein Arbeitszimmer an dein Zimmer angrenzt. Die Miete ist natürlich fair nach Quadratmetern aufgeteilt.
Die Wohnung liegt ca. 4 Gehminuten von der U1 Reumannplatz entfernt und ist damit super angebunden (~10min zum Karlsplatz). Die Linien O, 6 und 11 fahren direkt vor der Haustüre und in 1-3 Minuten Entfernung findet man alles was das Herz begehrt: Lidl, Hofer, Spar, Gemüse & Obst-Händler, mehrere Bäckereien, DM, Bipa und auch die Favoritner Shoppingstraße ist in 5 Gehminuten erreicht.
Servus! Ich bin die Raphi (28) Schauspielerin, Grafikdesignerin, Content Creator. Ich habs gern lustig im Leben und bin für jeden Spaß zu haben. Für mich ist klar, dass wir Freunde sind, wenn du hier einziehst. Anders kann ich mir das WG-Leben gar nicht vorstellen. :)
Obwohl ich oft bis spät arbeite und manchmal auch länger bei meiner Familie in Salzburg bin, freue ich mich auf gemeinsame Koch-/ Spiele- oder Filmabende und bin offen für alle Formen der gemeinsamen sportlichen Betätigung. (außer Joggen! ^^) Ich hab ein kleines Home-Studio mit Greenscreen, das sich in ein Heimkino verwandeln lässt.
Für eine Runde Schach, Scrabble oder Karten spielen kann man mich fast immer begeistern. Natürlich brauche ich auch mal einen Gammelabend für mich allein und versteh auch voll, wenn du mehr Ruhe brauchst.
Die Themen Ordnung und Sauberkeit sind mir definitiv wichtig. In deinem Zimmer kannst du natürlich machen, was du willst. ;)
Erzähl mir doch ein bisschen was von dir, was du gerne machst und wie dein Tag normalerweise aussieht. Ich feue mich auf deine Nachricht.
Noch ein paar letzte Worte:
Das Haus ist recht hellhörig. Falls du sehr lärmempfindlich bist, wirst du hier vermutlich nicht glücklich werden. Ich finde aber, man gewöhnt sich echt schnell daran.

My friend is doing an internship abroad, so I am looking for a nice roommate for the next 3-5 months.
For rent is a beautiful, separately accessible room (21m2) with a bay window, which is fully furnished (See photos).
Our apartment is on the second floor and was renovated before we moved in October 2020. There is a covered area for bikes in the courtyard and the apartment is very well divided for a shared apartment. All rooms can be accessed separately. We have two refrigerators and a dishwasher. Bathroom and toilet are separate and even the washing machine has its own room, which is not adjacent to any of the bedrooms. I have the two smaller rooms, with only my study adjoining your room. The rent is of course fairly divided by square meters.
The apartment is about a 4 minute walk from the U1 Reumannplatz, so it's very well connected (~10min to Karlsplatz). The lines O, 6 and 11 leave directly in front of the door and in 1-3 minutes walking distance you can find everything your heart desires: Lidl, Hofer, Spar, vegetable & fruit traders, several bakeries, DM, Bipa and also the Favoritner shopping street can be reached in 5 minutes by foot.

Hi! I am Raphi (28) actress, graphic designer, content creator. I enjoy life and am up for any kind of fun. For me it is clear that we are friends as soon as you move in here. I can't imagine WG life any other way. :)
Although I often work late and sometimes stay with my family in Salzburg for a while, I look forward to cooking, movie or game nights together and am open to all forms of joint sports activities. (except jogging! ^^)
I have a small home studio with a green screen that can be turned into a home theater.
Oh and if you like to play chess, scrabble or cards... all the better! Of course I also need quiet evenings and alone time and will totally understand when you need it.
Tidiness and cleanliness are definitely important to me.
Of course you can do whatever you want in your room ;)

A few final words:
The house is badly soundproofed. If you are very sensitive to noise, you probably won't be happy here. But I think you can get used to it quite fast.
