Hello everyone! We’re Sarih and Clau, two best friends who live together in a truly dreamy “altbau” apartment in the center of Vienna. Were on a trip and wanna sublet!
Description of the rooms:
- available until 13th pf March
- 2 rooms that are connected by a door
- You can rent both rooms for yourself
- One amazing, caring and go getter roommate called Lucci (Italian, works at Coca Cola). She doesn’t spend a lot of time in the house but needs her peace and quiet to rest during the weekdays late in the evening. In the mornings she wakes up really early (6:30-7:30) so she needs to be able to access the bathroom and get ready. She’s one of the kindest, honest people we know, and also loves a good (reggaeton) party as well as a good yoga/pilates/boxing session. Nature and her friends are a big part of her life.

A day in your new house:
Imagine yoursel(ves) waking up in either of the rooms, high ceilings, vintage bed, retro decoration and furniture. You go to your fully furnished kitchen to make yourself a coffee (or if you’re like us, a matcha). The morning sun is shining through the glass window and all u feel is peace (it’s a weekend, no workday stress in this story). While you’re sitting there enjoying, you can feel the artsy and imperial energy of the Museums around the building, as well as the vibrancy of the main street Mariahilferstraße.
Fast forward, you’ve already gone on a sunny walk through your hip district, maybe walked the Burggarten or went for brunch. Now you’re getting ready for some drinks and snacks you’ve organized in one of the rooms. You have some music on and are chilling on the sofa while people get there :)
Fast forward, The night is over and you had great fun. You take the day off in your beautiful and bright bathroom and, satisfied, you go to bed. Before you go to sleep, you take your gratitude journal and express how grateful you are that you sublet these rooms (by yourself or with a partner/friend) from these two spanish girls, who once they’re back you’d love to be friends with.
