Hello, I'm looking for a new roommate for my 3-person shared apartment with a dog (small/medium-sized Shiba dog) near the airport from mach 1st.
The rooms are approximately 13m2 in size, newly furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, two chests of drawers and a large mirror.
The apartment is 75m2 in size and modernly furnished. In the center of the apartment is the communal living room. The kitchen has been newly renovated and is well equipped. In the bathroom you will find a bathtub, washing machine and a tumble dryer. All devices were renewed last year.

Public transport nearby are: tram 71 (Börse), 11 (Reumannplatz), bus 76B (U3 Grillgasse), 79B (Donaumarina U2), S-Bahn. The location is also perfect for cyclists, in approx. 10min is already on the Danube and from there marked cycle paths to the Praterallee or the Danube Canal.
shops such as; Hofer, Billa Plus, Bipa and Pharmacy are located in a radius of 800 m. In about 30 minutes you can also be at the airport.
The rent is at 400€ per month, all additional costs such as electricity, gas and internet are included in the rent. The deposit is calculated from 2 monthly rents (800€).
The apartment is very green. Ideal for people who like cycling and sports. The bike is about 15 minutes by the Danube or Prater. In about 30 minutes also on the Donaulanal. Nearby there is a farmer, McDonalds, pizzeria and lobster 11. You can also easily get to the city by tram or bus.

My name is Julia, I'm 31 years old and working as an accountant in a company that deals with renewable energy. My hobbies are; Cycling, traveling, DIY projects in my apartment and sushi food. My favorite hobby for 3 years is however my female Cleo, she is still very young and playful. Under the week I take her to work and on the weekend I spend a lot of time with her in parks or in the dog school 🙂
