The Co-Factory // Urban Student Living stands for a modern, urban and community life in a unique ambience.

The building, once a chocolate factory, was revitalized into an urban oasis with generous 4 meter high ceilings and a modern loft atmosphere. In a central location, right at the U4 Margareten Belt station between Westbahnhof and Central Station, there are 10 spacious WG rooms with special charm. Characterized by the ideal space concept and a transparent flat-rate all-in rent, the apartment perfectly meets the wishes of the inhabitants.

All the rooms are fully furnished, so you just have to pack and move your suitcase. On site is everything you need for daily life: A fully equipped kitchen including fridge + freezer for every resident, stove and oven, as well as toaster, coffee maker, kettle etc. Once a week, the shared areas are cleaned, and on request, a weekly private room cleaning is also offered. So you don't have to worry about anything, but you can take care of the students and students. Focus on working life.

The Co-Factory pursues an approach in which one supports one another rather than living next to one another, learns new things together and is open to his fellow human beings. The goal is to create a lively community that demands each other how to promote. Location
The WG is located in top position directly at the Bruno-Kreisky Park and the U4 station Margaretengurt with direct connection to the city centre (3 stations to Karlsplatz, about 10 minutes driving time). Not far away is the main railway station and the Westbahnhof railway station with national and international train connections. Shops of daily needs are available for pleasure in the immediate vicinity of the WG.

In 30 minutes you can also reach Vienna Schwechat Airport, which connects Vienna to the world. A well-developed road network also ensures comfortable mobility by car or bicycle. In short: The perfect WG in the perfect place.

Das Gebäude, einst eine Schokoladenfabrik, wurde zu einer urbanen Oase mit großzügigen 4 Meter hohen Decken und einer modernen Loft-Atmosphäre revitalisiert. In zentraler Lage, direkt bei der U4- Station Margaretengürtel zwischen Westbahnhof und Hauptbahnhof, sind hier 10 großzügige WG-Zimmer mit besonderem Charme entstanden. Charakterisiert durch das ideale Raumkonzept und einer transparenten pauschal All-In Miete, ordnet sich die Wohnung perfekt den Wünschen der Bewohner unter.

Die Zimmer sind allesamt voll möbliert, man muss also nur seinen Koffer packen und einziehen. Vor Ort ist alles was man braucht für das tägliche Leben: Eine voll ausgestattete Küche inklusive Kühlschrank + Tiefkühlfach für jeden Bewohner, Herd und Backofen, sowie Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher etc.. Einmal die Woche werden die gemeinsam genutzten Flächen gereinigt, außerdem wird auf Wunsch auch eine wöchentliche Privat-Zimmereinigung angeboten. Man muss sich also um nichts kümmern, sondern kann sich voll und ganz auf das Studenten- bzw. Arbeitsleben konzentrieren.

The Co-Factory verfolgt einen Ansatz, in dem man sich gegenseitig unterstützt, anstatt nur nebeneinander zu leben, gemeinsam neue Dinge kennenlernt und offen gegenüber seinen Mitmenschen ist. Das Ziel dabei ist, dass eine lebhafte Community entsteht, die sich gegenseitig fordert wie fördert. Mit unserem Konzept versuchen wir die klassische WG auf das nächste Level zu heben und den Bewohnern eine einmalige und unvergessliche Zeit zu ermöglichen. Shine a light!
Lage
Die WG liegt in Top-Lage direkt beim Bruno-Kreisky-Park und der U4 Station Margaretengürtel mit direkter Verbindung in die Innenstadt (3 Stationen bis Karlsplatz, ca. 10 Minuten Fahrzeit). Nicht weit entfernt befindet sich auch der Hauptbahnhof sowie der Westbahnhof mit nationalen und internationalen Zugverbindungen. Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs gibt es zur Genüge in unmittelbarer Umgebung zur WG.

In 30 Minuten erreicht man außerdem den Flughafen Wien Schwechat, der Wien mit der Welt verbindet. Ein gut erschlossenes Straßenverkehrsnetz sichert zusätzlich komfortable Mobilität mit Auto oder dem Fahrrad. Kurzum: Die perfekte WG am perfekten Ort.
