Das Zimmer ist sehr hell, vollmöbliert und ca 12m2 groß. Die Wohnung hat ein großes schönes gemeinsames Wohnzimmer mit Essecke und Couch. Noch dazu gibt es ein schönes Badezimmer mit Badewanne. In der großen Küche ist alles vorhanden was man so zum Kochen braucht. Highspeed WLAN ist sowieso klar. Im Haus gibt es auch einen Abstellraum für Fahrräder, auch eine Waschküche mit Waschmaschine und Trockner, wem Waschmaschine in der Wohnung nicht reicht.
Im Preis ist alles inkludiert. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für eine WG mit separaten großen Wohnzimmer.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Einbahnstraße. Super Anschluß an die Öffis. (Bahnhof Meidling mit U-bahn ist in ca 10 Gehminuten entfernt, Badner Bahn/Strassenbahn 62 sind 2 Gehminuten). In der Nähe gibt es viele Einfkaufsmöglichkeiten. Alles was das Herz begehrt.
Deine zukünftige Mitbewohner sind Elisabeth und Kateryna. Elisabeth ist 27 Jahre alt und ist berufstärig. Kateryna, also ich :) bin 31 Jahre alt, studiere an der Uni Wien Master Politikwissenschaft und arbeite auch neben dem Studium. Wir sind eher ruhige als party WG, aber sind nie dagegen etwas gemeinsam zu trinken und zu plaudern.
