Ab 1. August ist ein günstiges WG-Zimmer in TOP Lage mit großen Balkon zu vermieten! Perfekt für Studierende, da die Wohnung und das Zimmer komplett eingerichtet ist (ohne Abschlagszahlung!)
In 5 min bist du zu Fuß bei der U6 Haltestelle Meidling, der Badner Bim und dem Bahnhof Meidling (Schnellbahn und Züge). Hofer, Billa, Spar, Lidl, Möbelix, McFit, Fitinn, Müller und mehr sind in maximal 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Und falls du mal hungrig bist, gibt es im 5 min Umkreis McDonalds und Dönershops 😊
Für Bewegung ist auch gesorgt: Bei Schönbrunn bist du schon in 7 min und ansonsten gibt es direkt nebenan zwei Parks mit Training-Equipment. Ein Schwimmbad ist auch in 10 min zu erreichen.
Ansonsten hat die Wohnung eine große Küche, Badezimmer mit extra Klo, einen großen schattigen Balkon, Abstellkammer und Fahrradkeller im Keller.
