Da ich bald ausziehe, werde ich ab Oktober mein Zimmer vermieten.
Das Zimmer ist mit 23m2 sehr geräumig. Die Kaution beträgt 1000€ und die Miete beträgt 390€ ohne Strom und Internet. Einige der Möbel können im Zimmer gelassen werden (gegen eine kleine Entschädigung), aber das ist nicht notwendig. Die Wohnung ist mit allen notwendigen Utensilien ausgestattet (Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Staubsauger etc.) und kann sofort bezogen werden. Die Fenster des Zimmers gehen zum Innenhof, daher ist es ruhig, obwohl die Wohnung an einer Hauptstraße liegt.

Since I will be moving out soon I will be renting out my room starting October.
The room is extremely spacious with 23m2. The Kaution is 1000€ and Rent is 390€ without electricity and internet. Some of the furniture can be left in the room (for a small compensation) but that is not necessary. The apartment has all the utensils you need (dishwasher, washing machine, vacuum cleaner etc.) and is move-in ready.The room’s windows face the inner yard so it’s quiet even though the apartment is next to a main street.
The Apartment is Located 2 minutes away from the U-Bahn Station Längenfeldgasse and the area includes Billa, Bipa, Penny, DM, Spar, Pharmacy and everything else you might need.
Die Wohnung liegt 2 Minuten von der U-Bahn Station Längenfeldgasse entfernt und in der Nähe gibt es Billa, Bipa, Penny, DM, Spar, Apotheke und alles was man sonst noch so braucht.
Du wirst mit Linda, Maxi und Jana zusammenleben.
Linda ist ein Theater- und Musical-Junkie. Sie kommt aus Südtirol und ist die fröhliche, quirlige Mitbewohnerin, die dich immer zum Lachen bringt.
Maxi ist der Pianist. In seiner Freizeit hört man ihn komponieren und tolle Musik machen. Er kommt aus Deutschland und kocht, als ob er Franzose wäre.
Jana (die erst im Februar zu uns stößt, weil sie gerade durch Ostasien tourt) ist Kindergärtnerin und wird bald Sozialarbeit studieren. Sie ist die Sportliche im Bunde. Auf sie kann man sich immer verlassen, wenn es darum geht, sich zu motivieren und fit zu halten.
Wir haben einen wöchentlichen Putzplan und wir hängen zusammen in der Küche ab, wann immer wir Zeit haben. Wir kochen und feiern manchmal zusammen, aber wir schätzen alle Gegenseitig unsere Privatsphäre und die Zeit, die jeder für sich hat.
You will be living with Linda, Maxi and Jana.
Linda is a theater and musical junky. She comes from Südtirol and is the cheerful, bubbly roomy you can always count on to make you laugh.
Maxi is the pianist. You will hear him composing and creating amazing music in his free time. He comes from Germany and he cooks like he’s french.
Jana (who won’t be joining until February because she’s currently touring east asia) is a kindergarten teacher and will soon study social work. She’s the sporty one of the bunch. you can always count on her to keep you motivated and fit.
we have a weekly cleaning plan, and we hang out together in the kitchen whenever we have the time. we sometimes cook and party together yet we all value each persons privacy and their alone time.
