The room can be rented from 29/30 April 2022 until 30/31 July 2022. Also renting it for just a month or two might be possible. The deposit is quite high for this short period but we can talk about it.
The room is about 13 sqm in size and can be rented furnished. The bed has underneath space for clothes, as well as the clothes rail and cupboard in the hall. If you need a desk, I could leave the secretary desk which has also enough space for clothes and other stuff. The bathroom you would share with Alina together. Andrea has her own bathroom in the room.
The whole apartment including the room has an oak parquet floor and impresses with some nice details such as a fireplace and naked brick walls in the living room and in the bathroom. Additionally, we have a 20 sqm balcony facing east thus you can enjoy the morning sun when it gets warmer.
We live in a beautiful building, which is located in the 14th district, within walking distance from the scenic Schloss Schönbrunn. On the ground floor there has opened a new Italian restaurant with delicious pizzas.
Public transport: the fastest way to get to the city center is the metro U3 (Station Hütteldorferstrasse), which is 5-7 minutes by foot, where you can also find TRAM 49. Trams 10 and 52 are within 1-minute walking distance. We also like to ride our bikes around the city, which we can park within the house.
You would be living with two flatmates, Alina and Andrea. Together, we often cook, do sports like yoga trainings, or just watch some Netflix. We hope that you will want to be part of and contribute to this warm and comfortable living atmosphere.
Alina is working full-time, several days a week from home due to Covid-19 and Andrea is working full-time as well but she might be often on business trips.
The listed additional rent charges include everything from warm water, heating, to electricity and Internet.
